My name was on a backlog service list for nearly 6 months for a recall notice. Frustrated, I went to the dealership for an oil change and also to check in to see where my name was on the recall list. My name had only moved a couple spots in line since the last time I inquired. The problem was escalated by an understanding service manager, and my car was serviced that day for the recall notice. The dealership was just about to lose of all our business, but ended up pulling through with great customer service and action.

I had been searching for a while for the vehicle I wanted and found it at Ron Lewis Pre-Owned through Car.com. I live almost five hours away from the dealership, but my initial interactions via email and phone convinced me that they would be reasonably trustworthy and worth driving out to. When I arrived, I found the facility to be very clean and all their used cars were very nice. My salesman was JT, who was friendly and not pushy, so I felt no pressure throughout the entire experience. Negotiations were pleasant as well. I'm subtracting a star because of a few hiccups that I feel detracted a bit from the experience, but nothing that would prevent me from recommending them. I am overall pleased and quite satisfied with my new truck.
