New Purchase

Just wanted to say that my experience with the staff at Ron Lewis in Cranberry was exceptional. They worked with me and I feel I got the best deal and warranty out there. JT in sales and the general manager were excellent! I love my vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) and even thought it's a far drive for me, I will take it there for oil changes and servicing. Would definitely recommend.

Don't listen

I love my Jeep but trying to get off this company's mailing list is a nightmare. I swear they send me these things intentionally. I've put in 3 requests to this company and have contacted Chrysler.

Excellent Experience

Very pleased with the pricing, trade-in and sales/delivery process I recently experienced. I bought a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler to replace a 99 Wrangler, and was pleasantly surprised by the low key, no pressure way that I was treated. Very transparent pricing, fair trade in. I haven't used the service department yet so I haven't rated it, but if it goes the way everything else has, I have high confidence, and won't hesitate to give them a try. JT did a great job in working with me.

poor effort

I went in looking for a truck. I told them what I was looking for. They had me sit and wait and approximately 15 minutes went passed and they told me to come back. This was early in the day so closing time wasn't an issue.

Most pleasant car buying experience possible!

I couldn't have had a better car buying experience, and I'm so glad we went to the Ron Lewis used dealership in Cranberry! Paul Morando was our sales rep, and he was fantastic -- he answered all our questions honestly, explained vehicle features and financing, and was just an all-around great guy. We felt very comfortable and not at all pressured, which was a pleasant contrast to some other big dealers in the area (I'm looking at you, Cochran). Buying from Paul at Ron Lewis felt more like buying from a family friend! I would recommend Paul to anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle -- he also got us a good price on a comprehensive extended warranty (since I bought a used Volvo, it wasn't covered under the Ron Lewis powertrain, but I'm happier with my comprehensive anyway!). I plan on going back here for my next car in a few years. Thanks for making things so easy, guys!

Great Experience

We've been buying cars for many years and have had many bad experiences, & some fair, and have never been repeat customers at any dealership. And have NEVER walked into a dealership & drove away with a new car within a couple of hours. We've walked out on some horrible salespeople. However, form the first minute we walked into Ron Lewis in Cranberry it was GREAT! Mark Ghobryal was polite, helpful, very knowledgeable, and not pushy. We always do our homework before buying so we can make the best deal we can. We knew what our van was worth on trade in, knew what a new van lists for. We had financing through our credit secured. Mark was able to make the deal with the numbers we had in mind, plus beat our credit union financing. (not by much, but still beat it) We drove home in our new van that night, happy, and not stressed out. Mark Ghobryal & Ron Lewis Dodge are FANTASTIC! Thanks so much, Ray & Margie

Great experience

Mark Ghobryal finally made car buying enjoyable. Mark was knowledgeable, courteous, willing to work, not pushy, & extremely helpful. We walked in and drove out in our new van within a couple of hours with the numbers we wanted & even beat our credit union's financing. Thank you Mark & Ron Lewis Dodge!

What a rip off

I paid cash for a jeep and got no brake. It was 32.000. Then I needed work done to it and I was charged so much money and it took so long the first time I went back to get it my gas was almost gone and the work not complete. Then was told I would get a break on the cost and that didn't happen. I totally was ripped off. Just letting you no I am reporting this to ripped off and the BBB. Dirk McKinney 724 625 9073.
