Ron Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Cranberry

Went in last Friday to test drive a new Charger, ended up leaving Friday night with it. I dealt with Jim Widlicka, and he was great. Extremely knowledgeable and patient, did not once try to push me, or force me into a bad decision. Very smooth, gorgeous lot, and a very positive experience.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the finance manager. He was rude, arrogant and extreme disrespectful. I almost walked out of the dealership and didn't want to finish the deal. When I walked in his office, I made a comment to my husband, ladies first and he stated what's that and had rude comments to make regarding his views. This man needs sent to a respect and customer service orientation. He is the most arrogant person I have ever met. Also when I asked to look at the finance papers he said no these are my papers not your papers. I proceeded to say well I will be the one who is making the payments and I would like to look at that first, he said the car is mine not yours and that was the car I was suppose to drive home tonight. I then said if you want the car then you can make the payments, he said I have a lot of car payments and I don't need another so we will do the papers in my order. I hope hope someone attends to this mans attitude and disrespect. On a good note we absolutely loved Jobi, he was extremely respectful and trustworthy and that was the reason we bought the car at your dealership. Everyone at your dealership, beside the finance manager was very professional and kind to us. It is a shame that one person can cause such disdain to your reputation.

Matthew was terrific. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It came down to Jeep verses Lexus and I liked Matthew better so we went with the Jeep. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.
