We have been past customers of Cranberry Jeep and always completely satisfied with our experience. We had the pleasure of working with a new salesman, Todd Harrison. He was aware of our needs/wants and price of purchasing a new Jeep. There was no pressure sales and he was excited to be assisting us in getting what we wanted! Todd was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. He answered all of your questions and concerns. We had some issues with our new Jeep, (in no way a reflection on Todd or the dealership-we have had many Jeeps in the past) and Todd, Joby, the service dept and the entire dealership had bent over backwards to right the problem and for that, we are very appreciative and greatful!!! Todd was there for me right from the door. If he didn't know an answer to a question I had, he went out of his way to get me the CORRECT answer. Not one that I wanted to hear. I would recommend Cranberry Chrysler Dodge for their large inventory, pricing and financing. I looked at a ram 1500 on Thursday not sure if I was going to buy a new one or not and I ended up bringing home a new one on Saturday morning.

I had a great jeep buying experience through this dealership. I coordinated the purchase and trade almost entirely through email and phone. Brad Young assisted me. He was very personable and listened to my request. I did not want any hassles and wanted to work with a group that was responsive and wanted to get the deal done. Brad showed great attention to detail with me and was quick to follow up to move the process along. Overall, a 5 star experience. When it's time for my next jeep, I'm coming back to Ron Lewis Automotive.

I met Brandon when I started looking for a new car in August 2011 and warned him at that time that I would be making a purchase but was not sure when. Brendon kept in touch with me over the next 15 months about prices and rebates. I would recommend Brandon to any friend or family member becuase he was willing to work with me and was there when the time was right to make the purchase.

I will recommend Ron Lewis to everyone I know in the market for a new or used car. Todd Harrison was our salesman and he was the best salesman I have ever come accross. I told Mr. Harrison what we were looking for and the payment we needed to get too and Mr. Harrison made that happen for us all the while he explained all the options that where on the car along with pros and cons for each car we looked at. Todd did not pressure us at all into buying anything immediatly, also didn't try to get us into something that was over our budget and his main concern was to make sure we were satisfied. He took the info we gave him and worked with it Mr. Harrison made our car buying experiance the best we've ever had. The staff as a whole there were very friendly and I want to let you guys know we are happy with our purchase and will be recommending Mr.Harrison to take care of our friends that are in the car buying market.

Sales staff was very friendly and inviting. I was at the dealership for quite a while before a deal was reached but they stayed past closing time to get me in the new car that night. Salesmen brad young didn't push me into anything I didn't want and I would gladly recommend him and the dealership to anyone.
