The guys were great to deal with. I will deal with them again in the future. Brad and the crew were able to work the deal that I wanted and needed without being pushy or ignorant like some places. I recommend giving them a shot at your next car.

The dealership worked hard to find a solution for me that was at the price that I wanted. The only shortfall was after the sale, there wasn't any review of the features or functions of the car, any discussion or introduction to the Service Dept. I would have expected more than a half a tank of gas? It was at the end of a long process and this may well have been a level of exhaustion on the part of the dealership near the end of the day for them.

I would recommend Cranberry Dodge to anyone looking, i have bought alot of cars in the past and very few dealerships have treated me that good. Thanks Mark and Justin

This is about the 10th new vehicle that I have purchased in my lifetime. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango RT. The entire sales experience at Cranberry Chrysler Dodge Jeep was great. The staff was very knowlegeable and helpful. After driving several vehicles on the lot I decided that I wanted a Durango but preferred a different color. They brought one in and made sure that I was happy with the choice. I usually go back and forth with negotiating price, but the first price they offerred me was more than fair. They were also able to offer me finance terms better than my local credit union. I've owned the vehicle for about two months and have been extremely pleased. I would recommend the dealership to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle. My experience was exceptional.

I was in the market for a new car (preferably 4wd due to the winters in Pittsburgh) and contacted Cranberry Dodge Jeep Ram about a 2012 Jeep Patriot. Brandon Dehainaut got back to me right away, and I was able to setup a test drive that same evening. With 6+ inches of snow on the ground and roads unplowed, I managed to get to the dealer and Brandon spent a good 3 hours taking me through the process (trade-in on my old car, test drive in the snow, financing paperwork, etc.). The same day I contacted them, I was out the door with the 2012 Liberty and couldn't be happier. (Brandon even found an extra rebate due to my military service, which I wasn't aware of.) Overall it was a painless process, and I look forward to having my new car serviced there in the future.

I have been contacting dealers and researching prices and cars via the internet. I did not think I could get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I had actually resigned to the fact that I would have to goto to Ohio. That was until Greg called me back, I explained that out of all the dealers I had spoken with I found only one in Ohio that could get me what I wanted at the price I wanted. He asked me what price I needed to be at and told me he would call back. They ended up matching what I was quoted in Ohio, thus getting me the color vehicle I wanted and saving me a three hour trip. Greg was very knowledgeable and friendly. At the dealership he made everything very simple and so did Chris whom handled the paperwork. I will defintely recommend them to my friend and family. I really cannot sing their praises enough after speaking with close to 20 other dealerships they knew exactly what I wanted and produced and held true to their promise of the best price and service.
