Don’t waste your time goin to greenford

Just a poor Experience all the way around and would not recommend them to nobody. I honestly wouldn’t even give them one star. I will definitely never go back!

Service Department

Best treatment ever. I came from Maryland and I have never found a Ford Dealership that exceeded my expectations. I was completely satisfied with their approach to service. Liked the service so much I bought a new Explorer. I have always loved Fords but this dealership respected me and really tried hard to restore my faith in Ford.

Service department

I will never buy any other make of car again, mainly because of the service department. They are extremely helpful and accommodating. Love my MKC and the service department.

Poor after marketing service

In May 2017, I've bought a 2017 F-150 XLT at Green Ford. Very well attended, professional orientation and so on. Unfortunately, in August 2017 a small stone hit the ac condenser making all the Freon leak. I took it to service at Quick Lane expecting the covering from warranty, taking into consideration that it is a internal part and it should not be so fragile. For my surprise, warranty did not cover this issue and I ended up paying U$ 800.00 for a replacement part. I went to Green Ford, explained the whole situation. They promised a answer and 5 months later I have not heard anything from them. I have followed it up three times but no concrete action. Frustrated with the after service offered by Green Ford.
