    When I decided on the car I wanted, the salesman left to get me the "best" price. This was after I had given him my keys to evaluate my trade-in. He came back with a folded piece of paper and drew a circle on it and asked for me to put in what I think I should get for my vehicle. Mistake number one. I should have sent him back to get me a price for the car I was interested in buying. So, initially, our haggle was over the trade-in value of my vehicle. I sent him back for a price on the new vehicle. He came back with nothing concrete, just "choices" I could make regarding financing. No price for the vehicle. My son, who was helpful during the negotiating was trying to get to a number. The salesman interrupted him not 1, not 2, but 3 times. This salesman was teaching a new sales associate and was showing the poorest example of a sales negotiation I have ever witnessed. I've had at least 10 new vehicles, so I know the routine. At this point, we asked for the keys to my vehicle and tried to leave. The salesman tried to get us to sit down again. "Just bring me my keys." Finally, the trainee associate got up to get our keys. Meanwhile, the sales manager, who we learned "owned" the dealership, finally realized a sale was going down the tubes, came out of his locked office. Too little, too late. It was by far the rudest, most incoherent, disrespectful car buying experience I've ever had. I would not recommend Green Ford because they insist on playing games. Advice to all. Don't talk trade-in until you're firmly locked into a price for the vehicle. Don't talk about financing until you're firmly locked into a price for the vehicle. Get it in writing with the sales manager's signature. More importantly, don't buy from Green Ford.

    Xavier Brown is an excellent salesman, so very kind,considerate perfect gentleman. He spend many hours with me on my buying a pre owned Ford Escape 2014. The first car I saw I fell in love. He went over and beyond with his attention to my needs. Green Ford is very fortunate to have such a fine young man at your company. Danny the sales manager was very kind and satisfied all my needs as far as working out a perfect payment plan he too went over and beyond. I will surely recommend Mr. Brown and Green Ford to all my friends and family. My overall experience was excellent in customer service.

    Bought my 2013 F150 here. I had problem with a leak from the third brake light(cab) since 2014. My truck has been in for service four times for the same problem, most recently 01/03/2017. The problem still not fixed as of date. This is the worst repair service I have ever experienced.
