I do not have a title, by choice.

Car buying, in the past has been a painful experience for many reasons, most of them dealer and ignorant sales people. This was not true with Milton Martin. Very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend and come back for another car when needed.

Highly recommend Luis Garcia as a Sales Associate

I had not purchased a car since 2008 and had not had a good experience in Florida. Luis Garcia was professional, informative, and quite helpful. I felt he walked me through the entire process of buying a new hybrid with patience and the weight of his years of experience to guide me. Need a new car? Shopped for new car. Everybody was friendly and professional. Michael Morrisey was very helpful and made sure I got the car that I wanted. It was a great experience.

Excellent car buying experience

The best car buying experience I have had. Matt was an excellent sales person that actually listened to everything I said and respected my choices and communication boundaries. I was contacted by many other sales persons from other dealerships but none actually sent me an answer based exactly on my request except Matt. He worked with me until we found exactly what I wanted. Delivery of the vehicle was a breeze as well and Matt walked us through all aspects of the new car patiently. Financing was a very smooth process that was the cherry on top.

Good offer

While I did not end up buying a car from this dealership, its Internet Department was very responsive to my inquiries and offered a very attractive price for what I was interested in.

Very disappointed in Milton Martin Toyota

I went in to purchase a 2017 Tundra, and we quickly came to an agreement...no problem. I was called a few days later, and told the truck ( which was at another dealer) could not be sold, due to a recall. I asked how long, and was told 2-3 weeks, tops. I waited over 2 months, and got a call telling me that the truck had been sold, and that they could not get me a truck in the style I wanted. In all, I waited over 3 months for this information. I am very disappointed with this dealer. It's not that way I'd do business.

Thank you for your review. The vehicle you were interested in has been discontinued from production by Toyota. At the time of your inquiry there were only 3 remaining in all of Southeast Toyota-GA and the surrounding states. We requested the vehicle on trade from another dealer and did our best to get the vehicle for you. Our manager said he informed of the situation at the time of the recall/stop sale and offered to give your deposit back several times fearing that we would have difficulties securing the vehicle for you. We do apologize for the inconvenience but hope you understand we were not able to control the other dealer who had the vehicle in stock and did our best to obtain it for you.

Tire Mounting

I arrived at Milton Martin Toyota at 1:10pm on Wednesday 3/29. The service lane was 100% empty when I arrived. I had my 9 week old puppy with me, and got a quoted time as to when they would have my truck taken in to have my tires mounted. They told me 1:40. The truck did not enter the shop until 2:30, and it still took them an additional 2 hours to mount 4 tires. I had previously asked for my old tires to be returned to me, and upon delivery of my truck at 4:41pm, they weren't there, and I had to ask for the tech to return to the shop to get them. Not only had I been there for 3:45 minutes before I got my truck back, I was late to work, one of my old tires is torn and damaged on the inner lip, all 4 of my rims are painted and now scratched pretty badly, all of my valve stem caps were disposed of and no longer on my truck, and the old tires were also left with large globs of grease on them. In the 2:15 in the shop, they couldn't even mount my new tires with the white letters placed evenly. That's just attention to detail. Needless to say, I had a horrible experience. The only positive feedback I can give was the hospitality offered by the Quick Lane girls, Carla in particular. They kept me and my puppy company while we waited.

Cash Deal!! RUDE Sales Associate

I am purchasing a new 2017 Highlander XLE this Friday. I called several Toyota Dealerships in my area and told them my terms and what I wanted in my new car. The Sales Associate (ER) at Milton Martin Toyota -Oakwood, Ga returned my call and was extremely RUDE and Unprofessional. In short he informed me that what I wanted was not even possible and he never even wanted to negotiate with me.
