I have been a faithful Audi customer for many years. This year buying a car from Jean Marc was by far my best experience. In spite of the low inventory and pandemic issues he was able to locate the car I wanted and with a quick delivery date. Never pushy but always working tirelessly to get me into a new Audi.

I was trying to decide on whether to purchase an Audi when I went in and met Jean-Marc. His level of professionalism was very impressive and I really appreciated his “gentle persistence” with following up and even offering to provide an unbiased quantitative comparison with another Audi Q5 I was considering from another dealer. I’m not a fan of the usual aggressive salesman tactic used at most dealerships but I didn’t feel pressured at all. If you want a great experience buying an Audi, ask for Jean-Marc. Best experience I’ve had buying a car!!

Very friendly in behavior; but apart from msrp value we should pay for some items that we didn?t want such as lo jack and protective paint.

We visited the Audi Rocklin dealership on Sunday March 27. We had researched the Audi QS7 and were aware of pricing and were comfortable with moving ahead with the purchase. We spend over an hour and a half looking at the QS7 similar models and test driving the different models. We looked at the dealer sticker price on each vehicle and found them similar to our research. No issues were ever discussed in regard to "other pricing". My wife decide on the vehicle she wanted and we went in to discuss the details of purchasing the car. Once we sat down they informed us that they charge a "Premium Upcharge" on new vehicles due to lack of inventory (war in Ukraine and chip shortages). On the car we were set to buy the "upcharge" was $30000 or almost 30% of the sticker price. This is consumer gouging and usurious at best. We called and talked to three other Audi dealerships. All would order the car for us only one had a "upcharge" of 15K. We ended up buying a similar SUV (New) at a dealership in Fairfield. It was not an Audi but it was similarly priced and it had no "dealer Premium or Upcharge". I feel the actions of Rocklin Audi are poor at best in these times of economic hardships and inflation.

I recently purchased an Audi A4 Quatro from Rockville Audi. My salesman was Charles Ellis and he did an excellent job for me. He was extremely helpful in explaining all my options and was very pleasant to deal with, a nice surprise since I am an older woman who is often treated with condescension.
