Top notch experience at Rockville Audi

My wife and I had a fantastic experience in working with Alex Max to make the right decision about which Audi to purchase. 45k maintenance service | safety recall

On the whole: excellent service. It gets pretty crowded, so plan accordingly. I can only assume that it?s so crowded because I?m not the only one who finds the service here so reliable. My rep, Joe, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. For any other warranty customers who want to ensure that the work they have done is up to standards, this is a dealership that can get it done.

Great Experience

We worked with Nate and Brian. The people at this dealership set it above others. The team was easy to deal with, the process was straightforward, all of our concerns were addressed, and the dealership was able to find us a car that had exactly what we wanted in it (shipping it in from another dealership) and gave it to us for a fair price without any hidden costs. We didn't feel pressured to buy. And we love our new car. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Lease of A3 sedan

Alex was kind and helpful in providing me with a solution for our car needs. He went through the process and we were able to leave the dealership with a brand new A3 car on the same day. The whole transaction lasted 4 hours

Excellent Service

I came into look at a CPO Audi Q5, unfortunately it had sold just prior to me arriving, but Alex worked with the GM on other options for me. Alex was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and made the experience very enjoyable!!

Audi Q7 purchase

My sales representative at Rockville Audi was Jean-Marc Perez Cohen. He was knowledgeable, helpful and easy going; the perfect sales rep in my opinion. Due to personal family circumstances, I needed to take an Audi Q7 for an extended test drive to show it to my wife at home who was unable to come to the dealership. Jean-Marc arranged this and was extremely helpful during the entire buying process.

Good warranty service even I didn't buy from them

Bought a pre-owned SQ5 from CarMax. Couple days later found out the adjustable armrest wouldn't stay locked in place. CarMax and my friend who has 2 Audis recommended Rockville Audi for repair. Service Adviser Joseph McDaniel greeted me, took down my info, and got a mechanic to check out the problem. Since they needed to order some parts, I needed to go back but Joe got me a free car wash just for the visit. Since the SQ5 is still under original manufacturer warranty, the repair was free. Joe didn't make me feel unwelcome even I didn't buy the SQ5 from them. He got me another free car wash after the repair. Very good customer service. I definitely will come back for other services and recommend my friends.
