Although I had mixed feelings about buying a car, Rebecca took away all the pain. She was very intuitive about what I felt comfortable with in both the vehicle and financially. She not only made sure I got the car I wanted she took the time to demonstrate everything the car could do. She then took me around and introduced me to the service people. It took me two days to make my decision but she stuck by me all the way. Rebecca is a good example of a person with a good work ethic and respect for her customers. She works for Sheehan because they share her views.

My salesman Nicolas took very good care of all my needs .He was patient , he answered all my questions , and very personable . I came in to see 2014 Nissan Murano I saw online .That particular car was not at that site however, he offered to show me another 2014 Murano which was actually a better model!! The whole process was a painless 2hrs .I truly love my new purchase and will recommend future used car buyers to Nicolas in the future for their car buying needs . Thanks again Nick ?

Had a fantastic salesman, but overall not the best experience with the dealership. Purchased a car that had not been inspected, it was "inspected" then had to be returned the next day because it needed a new transmission, then when told I could trade it in, was not offered the same amount back for the trade in. Lack of communication between delta. Salesman went above and beyond his duties.

Jerome Hodges provided oustanding customer service. My experience was hassle free, professional and the process was seamless. This was also the first time I have purchased a vehicle from a car dealer and was able to leave without having a headache or feeling exhausted. Jerome and Bert are definitely an asset to Sheehy.
