I bought my new 2025 Nissan Sentra from here at the end of April 2025 I had a horrible experience with that. So, I went in for my 1st Oil Change knowing its free because it's a leased vehicle. So, Peter in Service take me and says ok your here for Oil Change and tire rotation and I thought that was right he is the service guy, right? Well than I was waiting in the new waiting area (if you call it that) anyways I was waiting about an hour because I was a little early anyways so no big deal. So a Young Girl comes to the waiting area and says my car and my 1st name and I stood up and she took me into this room with 3 other employee at this time I was confused because it's a brand new car I thought something was wrong and then she says she will take your payment for the Tire Rotation and I SAID WHAT NO WAY ITS INCLUDED IN MY LEASE AND PETER said when I brought my car in this. Anyways she Called Peter didn't answer so she had to run to the service area, and she came back with a rude attitude and said to the other employee (NO CHARGE) and I said I thought so. No apologies no I'm sorry for the confusion nothing I took my keys and asked WHEREIS MY CAR AND LEFT. VERY UNHAPPY FOR MY 2ND VISIT THERE
