Klaben has been great the last few years, and service advisor Kim Wolfram not only knows the job extremely well, and goes out of the way to keep customer informed and has a complete idea of vehicle issues and potential issues.

When it rains it pours. My wife was hit in April. After looking at all the repair shops I noticed that Klaben Ford had the only Certified Techs. They took her Odyssey in and did a great repair job. Van looked new. All of my questions were answered fully and the work was done in a timely fashion as promised. Then my son was rear ended in June.. I did not hesitate to send his car to Klaben again. Once more Klaben performed their magic as promiised. In both cases Kristen and Artie went above and beyond in their performance.. It is without hesitation that I urge you to seek them out. You will not be disappointed.
