Buying a car is never an easy process, but this team made it very easy.

Once again, I have to review my Ford dealership, Klaben Ford of Kent. I had to take my Ranger in for transmission problems ….after diagnosing found that the transmission needed rebuilt or replaced. I was so fortunate to find out that Ford approved it to be rebuilt and very fortunate that I found out that Klaben has a senior master transmission mechanic that would be doing the work. Ted Hummel !! Ted did an awesome job!! I am very happy Ted was able to rebuild as opposed to just being sent a rebuilt transmission from who knows where. My service advisor, Gavin Fano Constantly kept me updated on the status of the rebuild. I can say once again after another warranty repair that Klaben is the best! !!! Ted and Gavin are superstars!!!!!

The people at Klaben took very good care of me. they did everything that was promised. David and Cassy were great.

The klaben family really care about you Rich and i have never personall met each other but working with mike cooney they took great cart of me several times my servic advisor gave is very clear on what needsto be done, sorry to see mike leave but understand why

Only problem I had was timely F&I . Had to wait longer than I felt necessary.

Joe is very professional and explained all the services performed on my vehicle in detail. Joe is a great guy who takes care of his customers.

The work done on my Jeep by both the service dept and body shop was excellent. This was my first experience with Klaben and I'm very pleased with the organization and would highly recommend them to anyone.
