Best car buying experience - EVER.

I was telling my banker friend with Courtland Back about an absolute HORRIBLE experience I just had with a high pressure car dealer in Cuyahoga Falls. He told me - and this are his EXACT words - that buying at Haasz would be the best car buying experience I ever had. And he was absolute spot on. I met Kevin and Tyler - who both spoke with me as if we had known each other for years. Then my wife and I met Ray Miller, who spent a great deal of time asking us questions to determine what we were looking for - a GREAT and challenging accomplishment because we both really did not know ourselves what we wanted ! After showing us 4-5 vehicles, we settled on one to drive for a few days, and knew that we wanted it before we even got home. Ray sat us down Monday morning and made everything happen without ANY PRESSURE AT ALL. It was almost like stopping at a roadside stand to buy some fruit. He presented us with all the extras that was available for us to consider - some we bought, some we didn’t- but never was there any pressure, deadlines, intimidation, or anything else I had been dreading for the last few weeks. When our other car is ready to go, I will be going directly back to Hassz- too easy. Unbelievable company.

Well worth writing a review!

First of all I don't usually write reviews unless I strongly feel that one should be written. That being said, here we go. I LUV LUV LUV THIS CAR!!!! It all started with me finding this dealership thru Truecar. Heather Mayle sent me a text and we began to communicate. She asked what exactly I was looking for and said she would do the best she could. We text back and forth for about 6 hours, because I was at work and couldn't be seen talking on the phone. She came back with an offer that I never thought would have been achieved. I CAN'T THANK HER ENOUGH! WITHOUT HER SUPERIOR NEGOTIATING SKILLS, I WOULDN'T HAVE THIS CAR NOW! Once we agreed on the price ( which was unbelievable) I met her at the dealership. She then passed me on to a salesman named Rick McCoy. He had all the paperwork Infront of him and we began looking for my car. I was after a 2017 because I figured they would give good deals on them. I was right. The only problem was that they didn't have the car I wanted in the color that I wanted. And he could tell I was disappointed. He said " hold on let me try something else" and about 10 min later came back with the exact car and color I was after. But it was a 2018. So I thought ok this is all a big scheme to get me to pay a lot more for a brand new car. BOY WAS I WRONG. Apparently he found that car for me and went to Andy, who is the general manager there. ANDY IS ANOTHER PERSON WHO PLAYED A HUGE ROLL IN ME GETTING THIS CAR! HE GAVE ME AN UNBELIEVABLE DEAL FOR A 2018 MODEL! So when Rick came back with the offer, I said DEAL DEAL DEAL! I picked it up a week later because they had to get it from another dealership. It was GORGEOUS, SITTING ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. THAT'S RIGHT I SAID SHOWROOM FLOOR. CLEANED AND READY FOR ME TO TAKE HOME. SO THANK YOU HEATHER, RICK, AND ANDY FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO OWN THIS GORGEOUS CAR. I have one more thank you to dish out. That would be Ford, for not allowing leases on the Mustang GT. If not for them I would have bought the wrong car. So like I said in the beginning. My experience was well worth writing about. Did I mention that I LUV LUV LUV THIS CAR?

Great buying experience

Everyone at Haasz made the experience easy and comforting. Will absolutely go back and encourage everyone to go there.
