Plaza is very professional except during price negotiations. Now we all know it is to get more money from the client but it is an old method and the reason so many customers won't come to a dealership for a car. Need a new approach. Rick was very helpful and informative to deal with till the price negotiations.

Staff friendly. Appointments easily available. Not pleased with camera offline issue. Told updates to infotainment system goes thru the camera. Car needs to be outdoors for this to happen. Not a workable solution.
