Last weekend got my car serviced here, Service Advisor, Receptionist, Loan car, everything was great. I also bought my previous BMW 335i from this dealership, experience was very good.

Brian Hough, my Service Advisor, was kind and efficient. He promptly returned my phone call and arranged for my car to be ready a day early. I am a senior citizen and use a walker for mobility. I am able to drive and my BMW is so comfortable. Please give Brian the recognition he deserves.

I bought my car in Dec. in Thousand Oaks. I looked at the Valencia dealership but because I was buying a 2015 model year end the inventory was slim. This was my 1st service on the car and I had a great experience. I didn't have to wait to be helped. Brian was very professional and attentive.

I have leased or purchased seven (7) BMW 'cars over the last several years. NEVER has the process been easier than my experience with Valencia BMW and specifically with Ms. Lillian Rodriguez. She was very professional and her product and process knowledge was excellent. The only thing I had to do was pick up the car - and that was optional. They would have delivered it to my office or home.
