Valencia BMW

Called Valencia BMW for a service appointment. Received an appointment for the same day with my service advisor, Phillip Salas. Arrived at the dealership and was greeted and checked in quickly. Phillip came out soon after. Discussed my concerns and quickly had Luis from service come out to look at my car. Resolved the issues quickly and I was back on the road.

Robert and the team were terrific. Very easy trade in and drive off in a new X3. This is our 3rd car at Valencia BMW. They also checked in on us the next day.

Colton is great, very good service, he really tried o help me. Texted me and checked back after picking the car from the dealer too.

Great experience at Valencia BMW. Service advisor Samantha was excellent. Answered all my questions and facilities were awesome.

I had a flat tire. I setup a time with the dealership to have the tire switched out based on my warranty agreement. Although the service team said they couldn’t locate the appointment time in their system, they expedited my request. The tire was replaced and I collected the car the next day. Also, a video was provided to me showing the repairs that has been made (replacement of tire). Satisfied with the service.

I initially got in touch with Brendon looking at my options as my old i4 lease was coming up. He was very flexible and addressed all my concerns. Eventually I came in to look at my options and both Brendon and Jeremy went above and beyond to give me a great deal and I ended up leaving that day with a brand new car and returned my lease as well. A couple of days later once my new lease showed up online as I was setting up my auto-payment info, I noticed my old lease still has some dues pending and I got worried so I called them concerned about it, Jeremy called me back and very diligently and patiently explained the process and how there are some payments that takes a few more days to go through, he told me he will call me back 20 minutes later with an update and guess what he actually went above and beyond and expedited the payment to ease my worries. All in all, really happy with the service, with their manners, patience and the car I got at the end.

Very professional, friendly and kind. Buying a new car is expensive plus extended warranty and maintenance extended warranty cost like wheel and tire repair and BMW brakes warranty is explained how it?s a must investment
