Never buy a car from this location unless you want to get

Never buy a car from this location unless you want to get a car that has been snatched from every part and be replaced with crap, because there is no way after few months i should replace everything in my car.. and if you question them all you get is blame! All these great reviews are just because they do their best to get their commissions, after that you won’t matter… TRASH 🗑️ Special thanks to the manager 😉

Service Manager is Rude; demonstrates an attitude of

Service Manager is Rude; demonstrates an attitude of indifference, and the reputation for poor service runs throughout the Valencia Dealership Community. Suggest avoiding this dealership. They mis-represent promotional mailers, could care less about taking care of the customer, and this service manager should be repremanded for his behavior. Loss of a long time customer over $20......Sad and Pathetic.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT CLIENT CENTRIC; SERVICE MANAGER IS RUDE; ATTITUDE OF INDIFFERENCE, AND MY EXPERIENCE THIS MORNING WAS PATHETIC. I RECEIVED A PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND FILTER AT A COST OF $99.95. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, AND TODAY WHEN ARRIVING, THE SERVICE MANAGER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE VOUCHER, INDICATING COST WAS INCREASED BY $20.00. WHEN ASKING FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER, WAS TOLD HE IS NOT IN TODAY. I ASKED TO CALL THE REGIONAL MANAGER, AND HE DEMANDED THAT I LEAVE THE PREMISES. HE EVEN THREATENED TO CALL THE LOCAL SHERIFF'S DEPT.. SAD AND PATHETIC. THE LOSS OF A LONG TIME CLIENT OVER $20.00. I HAVE BOTH THE VOUCHER AND EMAIL FROM THE APPOINTMENT MANAGER CONFIRMING THAT I QUALIFIED FOR THIS PROMOTION. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT THEMSELVES. Good experience. Since the beginning Edwin lopez was Kind and got me the best deal to find the car I wanted. I have been a client for more than 20 years in Valencia and we have not had any bad experiences..
