Almost everything with this visit was positive. I was greeted immediately and only waited a few minutes for my service agent. The shuttle was available, clean, and the the driver was friendly. I was updated throughout the process and was provided links to a portal where I could track the progress of my service. This included a video of my car and an explanation of items found that needed to be addressed. Approval and an estimate was sought before additional work was performed. The only thing that soured this visit is that the morning after spending thousands for repairs, I received an email with a 20% off repairs coupon. AFTER I paid a fortune not BEFORE. This is crappy customer treatment, especially when the car was purchased at this dealership and all maintenance has been performed at this shop for the entire time I've owned the car. Not good.

I had a very positive experience with my service at Valencia BMW. Taylor kept me continually informed of the status of the service on my car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the repairs that were completed on my car.

I do not usually look forward to getting a new car. I dislike the whole process of “let me talk to my manager” that other dealerships and brands commonly practice. There was none of that. And I know I have a great car at great price. They made the leasing of my new BMW so incredibly easy.
