Will Spencer was the best car salesman I've worked with

Will Spencer was the best car salesman I've worked with in quite a while. Our whole family leases, so we buy about every 3 years. I had left Lambert for a while as they just weren't competitive. I gave Will a shot and he earned our business. We love both of our new Sierras. The finance staff was great. Will even helped with some unique accessory needs with only hours of notice. Highly recommend Will and the staff at Lambert. They will treat you fairly. (Did I mention they offered 22% more for my trade than a competing local dealer?)

Pleasant experience.

Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.

We went to Ford, Toyota and Honda dealers and left with such disappointment in the quality, the prices and the negative experience. I purchased 2 Buicks 1 2025 and 1 2026 on the 3rd day of

I purchased 2 Buicks 1 2025 and 1 2026 on the 3rd day of ownership brake system on the 2026 failed it was picked up the next day and a loaner was delivered the service department was terrible car was gone for a week and you cannot get any clarity on the phone all I got was lies

My wife and I were greeted and felt very welcomed when we arrived at the Lambert Buick Dealer. Our salesman, Richard Bacon was very helpful in describing the different features on the automobiles we were interested in, as we undecided on just what Buick we wanted to buy so we spent quite so time with Richard and he was understanding. I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any

I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I've purchased all of my Buicks from Lambert since 2001. There is no better dealership or service department. Thanks Mr. Lambert and staff.
