I recently traded in my 2018 Explorer Sport for a used
I recently traded in my 2018 Explorer Sport for a used 2023 Explorer ST from Marcotte Ford in Holyoke MA,. The salesperson I worked with was Andrew Tasini. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, with no pressure and very easy to work with. We were able to come to an agreement that was good for all of us us, and we ended up buying the Explorer. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be going back to them for my next car purchase.

From the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot things could not have gone smoother. I had many questions as to whether I should lease again or keep what I had and go with a loan. Between Bill, Cody and Richie their answers resulted in me leasing another Ford Escape. This is my 3rd one, all from Marcotte. I can't thank them enough for making the experience so pleasant. If you are in the market for a new car, take the time to visit them, you won't be disappointed.
