New 4-Runner

I recently purchased a new 4-Runner, and it was an excellent experience from the beginning. Andrew Murray's easy going attitude was a pleasant change of pace from the typical buying experience. He made the process a pleasure, and I love my new car.

Great experience!!

I just bought a 4 runner from Jerzy Bielaki at Lia Toyota and had a great experience. I love my new car! Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful to get the exact car I wanted.

This was my second vehicle purchased at Lia Toyota Northampton. The first experience brought me back for a second purchase several years apart. From the minute I met Joe K I new I would make a purchase. Joe was very knowledgeable and easy going. No high pressure sales tactics. My experience with everyone else I met at the dealer ship was great. I have and will continue to refer friends and family looking for a vehicle to Lia Toyota.

great service

We took the 4Runner in for an oil change and we were offered a software update relating to the gas pedal recall from a couple of years ago?unfortunately the service folks encountered a glitch when installing it and need to get a computer from Toyota ..Lia gave us a car to use while they were waiting for the part (it was several days) and were really most accommodating! THANKS!!!!

excellent experience

Me and my wife recently had some bad experiences being turned down elsewhere. So when we received a letter saying that lia Toyota could help us we were skeptical. Robert Aston and the rest of the staff worked with us and with our budget and helped get us out of our rental car which was draining our bank account. They kept in touch throughout the process and although there was a few delays we were kept well informed and our happily driving our new Camry.

Caroline Babinski Outstanding Customer Service Rep.

Caroline Babinski was my service rep for my last two visits to Lia of Northampton. I have owned many new vehicles but have never run into a service rep that is as customer oriented as Caroline. She is very helpful and always with a pleasant word and a smile. I actually wait for her if she is busy when I bring my 4Runner in for service. Lia should be proud to have someone like her as the "face to the customer" . Well done Caroline!!!

Jonathan Moore represented Lia Toyota of Northampton beautifully. He is presentable, pleasant without being pushy or imposing. He is Squeaky Clean.
