Great job Matt!

Matt was patient, took his time and answered all my questions during my purchasing process. This is the third Chevy I bought from Bertera in Palmer MA. The whole team does a great job to make you feel comfortable. However, my sales man was there until the end. He kept wiping the SUV down and made sure everything was clean and to my liking. Thanks Matthew.

I was very pleased with service

I had guy named Dan help me get my car. he was amazing very Polite patient he had me in my brand new car in no time. Ask for Dan if u need vehicle fast...

Definitely Not David(Bait and Switch)

No confusion here, they take the BOLD price that they advertise on the Internet to lure you in, they add $2000 and then give you something off of that. That is where they want to start their negotiation, a $1000 over the BOLD price. It doesn’t improve from there. Total waste of time. AVOID!

H.P. if you would like to discuss pricing further and take advantage of the incredible deal we presented you on the Jeep priced thousands below retail value please call management at 413.283.3401. Unlike other dealers we do negotiate and we worked with you by taking $1,100 off the advertised price. Unfortunately the Jeep was still out of your daughter's monthly payment budget and so we respectfully gave her deposit back.

Extremely dishonest deceiving place here away

Where do I begin I guess all stories have a good beginning so this one is well-known to everybody too good to be true never is nevertheless I took the bait I took my wife and the children for the ride we spent 2 hours driving and one direction another 2 hours on site so total around 6 hours now let me tell you The manager Jacob what's the one that was riding this down but he was following the directions of the general manager named Brian I'm sure they're following the owners direction so avoid this place like a plague like if it was a bad crap you step in and you can't get off your feet they will try to scam you they'll question your basic math and try to believe there made up numbers I have a picture which I'll be more than happy to share with anyone and everyone it's really sad the such lies and deceits are even legal in this state or country well maybe they're not but nobody had ever bothered to go any further if they do respond to this review ignore it as if their job to make it seem like they're the victim or my math is wrong while the truth is I can do my math in my head better than three of them combined with the calculators ,simple lies very very bad place to shop yet when you walk in there it looks really cozy small busy lots of people a lot of sold tags I have a feeling that most of these people get really screwed and don't even know it not at least until it's too late

Looking for a new car

We came in looking at for a new replacement car for my wife because her pervious car had been totaled out from a car accident. Yes my wife was ok from the accident. We found a Nissan Sentra it was a trade in. We loved how easy it was for us to buy the car. The staff told us everything we needed. They worked very hard to get us a great rate. The staff was kind and courteous. I would end up buying another car from them.

Excellent Service

My guy Zack was the best, he answered all my questions and provided me with all the information that I needed. Going into it I was very nervous but Zack made me feel immediately comfortable and made the experience very pleasurable.

Deceptive and unethical sales practices

Located a special online. Salesperson quoted me a price plus dealer doc fee plus sales tax. I told the salesperson the sale was cash , no financing,no trade in and gave him $500 deposit to hold the car. I was very specific I had no trade in and no financing. He said price was firm. I drove 1 1/2 hours to buy the car. After arriving and writing up sale, I was told there would be an extra $3000 GM charge for a no trade deal and $700 more for no financing added to price. That is $3700 more than quoted. Very unethical and hard to believe GM adjusts a sale $3700 higher because of no trade and no financing. The dealer and sales red Jason lied to me and should not be trusted. BEWARE

Good experience

Overall good experience. Misled by online advertised equipment not actually in vehicle, but dealer made it right by having items installed. Price was right either way. Long wait periods during the sales and financing process, but not unusual. Would do business again.
