I had an excellent experience at Balise Toyota throughout

I had an excellent experience at Balise Toyota throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend purchasing a car here. Nick was great from the beginning. We stopped in to test drive the Rav 4 and within 15 minutes we were out on the road! Nick was fantastic start to finish in helping us acquire the proper insurance and banking documents that we needed to purchase the car. He was there at the end to congratulate us and send us on our way. 5 stars! The pick up process was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I love that Balise provided someone to talk us through the features of our vehicle before just letting us drive off to figure it out on our own. Nate was fantastic in doing this. Very calm and thorough. I did not feel rushed. He got my phone connected with apple play, which is super cool! He showed me how all that stuff worked and he answered all of my questions. I love that if I have any future questions about the car or the technology that I can check in without feeling like I am bothering someone. Good vibes!! 5 stars! I love the new car. My first ever new car purchase at age 53 and am super psyched to have joined the Balise Toyota family!! Thank you for your commitment to good service, it shines through in your employees! Dawn Premo

Karen was absolutely great.

Karen was absolutely great. She had two vehicles for me to try a RAV4 hybrid and a Corolla Cross. Provided a lot of information about both, wasn’t pushy. I ended up with the Rav4. Super easy process. Was in and out in no time. Pickup day was great too. She ran through a little paperwork, then paired me up with a specialist to run through all the features of the vehicle, even paired my phone for me. A++. I can’t say enough, Karen was great.

"Unique Pricing Strategy That Might Not Suit Everyone" I recently visited the Dealership with the intention of purchasing a used car, armed with the readiness to pay in cash and the hope of negotiating a fair deal. The car I was interested in was appealing, but I was surprised by the dealership's pricing policy. When I inquired about negotiating the price, I was informed by the sales representative that their used car manager, Dan, only adjusts prices online and does not negotiate in person. This approach was confusing to me, especially as a cash buyer seeking a reasonable discount on the listed price. The sales representative mentioned instances where prices were significantly reduced online the day after customers walked away over minor price differences. Upon requesting to speak directly with Dan, it was reiterated that the dealership's policy is to not offer in-person discounts, a stance that was maintained even against hypothetical requests from close family members. Dan mentioned that this was part of a "new way of doing business" and that if a car doesn't sell within 25 days, the price would be progressively lowered online. While I respect the dealership's right to adopt the pricing strategy they see fit, this method may not align with the expectations of all customers, especially those looking to engage in traditional negotiation to finalize a purchase on the spot. After leaving the dealership, a quick search on platforms like Carvana and Carfax revealed many competitive options, which suggests that better deals may be available elsewhere for those willing to look. For potential customers, I recommend checking the dealership's online listings frequently if you're interested in their inventory. However, if you prefer a more traditional car buying experience with room for negotiation, it might be beneficial to consider other dealerships.

Our salesperson ( Mustafa) was professional,

Our salesperson ( Mustafa) was professional, knowledgeable and fair and patient. He really listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me buy something I did not want. The delivery of my new car was very efficient. I got a great tutorial of all the features of my new car.
