I was looking for a small SUV.
I was looking for a small SUV. I really liked my salesperson, Julie Bialas. She was knowledgeable, patient, organized, kind, and sincere. I felt that she wanted to help me get the right car for my needs and her motivation was not just to make a sale. She seemed to love the HRV and I did too but in the end I had to choose a smaller car. Perhaps next time I purchase a car I will be comfortable driving something bigger, or maybe Honda will make a smaller SUV. In any case , I will look for Julie to guide me to my next purchase. I brought my volvo xc90 in for maintenance ( oil change)
I brought my volvo xc90 in for maintenance ( oil change) and to fix TPS system and put in new wiper blades and new clean air filter. I left, told the TPS system was fixed- new blades new air filter . As I drive away and ever since I have gotten a series of red triangle warnings not to drive my car because it needs transmission work, the stability controls are not working, the parking brake is not working, and the TPS system is not working and was not fixed. I have been taking my Volvos for service to Bedard since 2020. I have filed a complaint with Volvo about a dealer -Bedard - who took in a car with no issues other than a non working TPS system , Psid then $360 and sent me home with a car unsafe to drive .

Salesman do a very good job.
Salesman do a very good job. Service how ever, is extremely poor. 2023 crv, they are the only ones who have worked on this vehicle. Noticed plastic shield hanging under front of car. Not only was that piece not secured, they did not reinstall the metal shield that is under the engine. So that whole piece was not put on the car. Because of this, alot of the plastic is loose. Be there tomorrow, after I take some photos.

Had my windshield replaced on my new Jeep Compass due to small defect in the glass yesterday. They fixed my problem. The new windshield is very nice and I am well pleased. I also had a 1 on my inspection sticker and the new windshield sports a 1 which pleases me.
