I figured that everything negotiated online would...
I figured that everything negotiated online would "somehow" be forgotten when I showed up in person. This was not the case with Colonial West! All the numbers were exactly as we had discussed through email. What a relief! Thx to John and Terry

Seamless vehicle purchase
Purchase price was sorted out over the phone in less than 30 minutes (late on a Tuesday). I paid a $100.00 deposit (over the phone, via CC) to hold the vehicle. Went to the dealership the next day (Wednesday) to formalize the sale. Signed all paperwork (purchase and financing) and made the real down payment. Was in and out in less than 2 hours. Agreed to pick the vehicle up on Saturday morning (Colonial dealt with having a Rhino Liner installed in the truck). Was in and out in about an hour. Walter was incredibly easy to deal with, knowledgeable, respectful, great communication skills.
