Lovin’ my new wheels
I loved my 2004 SUV but after 14 yrs and 162,000 miles of memories we decided to donated it. I just hit 250 miles on my new 2017 Tucson and I’m liking having some of the modern amenities that my older beast didn’t have and looking forward to the snow this year! :)

Easy, efficient, simple, happy, awesome, accomadating
Steve in the sales department was amazing!!! He helped me throughout the whole process from start to finish and he made my first car buying experience efficient, simple, and most of all easy! He helped me find a car within my budget, was practical for my lifestyle, and most importantly one that I loved. I didn't think I was going to buy a car in the same day but with Steve's help, attentiveness, and patience, it happened! 2nd hyundai elantra
This is the second hyunfai elantra that we have purchased at herb chambers Hyundai in auburn. About a year ago we contacted the dealership but decided to wait. I was surprised to be be talking to the same people I had spoken with a yr earlier when we decided to get another one.

LOVE MY CAR
I bought a car from Meagan marquis and I can’t believe how smooth and easy the process was. I had no idea that I would even get approved. I had stopped at rte2 prior to coming here because they are more local and I wasn’t treated with the respect I deserved. Herb chambers Hyundai is professional and the staff is so friendly! I will come here for all of my future purchases for sure!

Business ethics
We had a really bad experience today. Last weekend we chose a car here. And my husband signed the documents, arranged the loan and car insurance. He talked to Steve to complete buying the car this morning. Before we left home, Steve called to say that car was sold. Nobody told us that we should paid the deposit. They cheated us. If they said that, we already paid it. Steve could call us before selling, he knew he had an appoinment with us. But now i understand everything. Last night i saw the car on herb chambers website, the price was higher than we bought. I guess they sold it with higher price. We talked to their managers, they prefered protect each other instead of helping us. It is so weird. This is our second week in USA and i cannot believe in that.
