Great Service

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our salesperson listened to our needs and helped us in every way possible. The sales manager was also very helpful.

Friendly very comfortable there

Knowledgeable staff easy to get to can just show up at any time and the problem will be solved. I would buy my next car from Herb Chambers Auburn

Great experience

Excellent service!!!

Great experience. We have bought 7 Honda's over the years and weren't happy with the service on our last purchase in August 2017. We needed another new car so we decided to try Herb Chambers. The sales people were great!!

Excellent Service

We recently leased a new car with Steve's help and we couldn't be happier. He listened to what we needed and showed us a car that fit all our requirements and was within our price range. After coming from another dealership where they had tried to have us lease a vehicle that didn't fit our needs and was out of reach financially, we really appreciated his honesty and assistance.

Excellent & Pleased

I visited the location to look at the new Sante Fe to replace a Ford Explorer. The sales professional, Marty Reardon, was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable about the product, and helpful. With the assistance of the General Manager, Rusty, we bought a new Santa Fe and added leather and heat options with their partner, excellent experience. In addition, I am not a fan about buying a new car, but this experience went so well, I bought one for myself also in the same week. Even when Marty was not around, he was available by cell and his teammates, like Meagan, helped me finalize the second purchase. Thanks, Dave

New car

Hyundai made my car buying experience very easy and everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel forced into making a decision in buying a car like you do at some dealerships and I’m very happy about my purchase and love the car that Megan recommended for me it has everything I was looking for, she was an amazing help and extremely friendly and I would look forward to working with her again.

2018 Hyundai Elantra

I really enjoyed my experience with Herb Chambers Hyuandai. I have no complaints about working with them and the customer service was excellent especially for my first car buying experience. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with (not a major issue) was that when I was discussing the car with a salesperson, they said that it would have Bluelink and it did not but that is because I wasn’t buying an Elantra package with BlueLink.
