This is our 4th car with Patrick Motor Group. Our 3rd VW. The folks at VW are exceptional. I will not buy anywhere else.

Excellent service as always. Sarah was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. General atmosphere was pleasant, and the waiting area provides a great space to be able to get some office work done.

Very easy and friendly. We have leased other Volvos from Patrick, and had Jake Fredrickson as our salesman before. It’s a credit to both Patrick and Jake for the entirely pleasant experience. We returned w/ our new Volvo to get the inspection sticker, the new registration, and have the ceramic protectant applied. Everything was done as promised, and on time. To eliminate waiting for the service we return given a comparable loaner car for our use. When we picked up our car it was sparkling clean. We are enjoying our new XC40 very much.

I received a notice for a safety recall. I visited the dealership in person to inquire what action was necessary to fix the safety recall. The staff at Patrick was very helpful and pleasant. I made an appointment the next day. Mathew greeted me at the service. He went over the details of the safety recall process. Within an hour, my car ready, with a WASH ! 120,000 mi. service on a 2017 Jetta was performed and priced as promised (a fairly expensive service, but a long list of “checks”, services and some replacements). Sarah was very pleasant, knowledgeable and provided confident responses to my questions. Service was completed within the timeline promised as well. Car was even washed before I picked it up.

Great service experience. Erika greeted me upon arrival, explained process thoroughly, followed up as promised. Michael the service mechanic pointed out issues that needed attention on this visit. The dealership is so clean and comfortable. Waiting on your vehicle is actually a pleasure with a well stocked coffee bar, wifi work areas, comfortable seating. Very positive experience.
