Rude Employees Intent on Pushing a Car on You
We went looking for a used card for my friend. Manny gave us a book with reviews from his customers, and spent a lot more time on this than even the car. He was intent on doing as short a test ride as possible, and as soon as we can came back was intent on getting back into the office to discuss a sale. He wouldn't let us look at the car in the parking lot to checkout the legroom etc. Very pushy!! Very unprofessional, and the least bit transparent. When we told the "final" price he offered didn't work for us, he huffed, and left. Then he called back after 2 days stating he had a good deal. The dealership in general seemed to have a very unwelcoming, seedy appearance to it.. NOT going back here!

Best car buying experience
They definitely deserve a five star rating on getting me the car that I wanted to purchase and helping me with finance options. They were willing to work with me and take the time to make sure my needs were met.

A waste of time and money
Bought a lexis here and the sales rep made me wait over an hour just to figure oit if someone else could buy it. Then bought the car only to find it had body work done after the clean carfax report. Such a joke because lexus dealership figured out paintwork had been done because I brought it there because the damned roof was leaking as someone after they painted didn't attach the clip. The warranty is a joke as well. Though the automax offered to fix the leak for free. I got the car back after a week only to figure out a. They brought back the roof dirty and hand smudges everywhere. B. Driving the car and they forgot to clip the wires to the moonroof button. If you're going to say you're rated a on bbb then provide excellent service. I should bring in a broken lexis only to have it brought back to me dirty and a new problem, the moonroof unfunctionable. All evidencing poor quality in service. Money is better spent in a trusted dealership. What a headache.

Save your time and money go elsewhere
Their car assessment's are inaccurate and do not reveal paintwork done. Turned in the car I bought from them for fixing because of a leak in the roof. They fixed it but created another problem. The moonroof doesn't work now. Save your time and money and just go to a trusted dealership.

They aim to please!
I went there today on a whim to see an Infiniti that I saw online. The moment I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Dwane. He was kind and friendly and seemed to be a real down to earth kind of guy. He made me feel very comfortable and guided me through the whole process. Since it was my first time buying a car without my husband there to negotiate the price I was nervous that I'd be taken advantage of. Not so with Dwane. I couldn't have been more pleased. This dealership works quickly and effortlessly to put all the pieces together to make things happen. I drove away in my new Infiniti today and am thrilled with my new car! It's everything they advertised and then some. I recommend anyone looking for a new auto to head over there and ask for Dwane!

Shady business
I bought a car there and they told me that they would remove the window tint because it wasn't at the legal limit. Well they never did and now it won't pass inspection so I am going to have to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix it. It passed inspection fine there so obviously they purposely did this so they wouldn't have to pay to fix my car under warranty.
