Lied too - Complete SCAM

I went in to buy a BMW 328i x drive, the car had 28,000 miles on it and was a 2013. The car looked like it was in mint condition cosmetically. It also drove very nice. After I purchased the car with the help of a great sales associate, I found out all the problems the vehicle had. After I washed the car, I noticed there was left over paint drip on the back fender because the vehicle had been repainted. This information was not reported to me when I bought the car. On top of that, I was given a clean carfax report and I was told it had never been in an accident. I went and purchased an auto check report on the car, and it turns out the car had been hit in the front! I also found out that the car had refinished and repainted wheels, and none of the work done on it was factory. I was also told that the car went through their vigorous 110 point inspection before I got it, and the car DIDNT EVEN PASS INSPECTION!!! The BMW needed new brakes and rotors, and BMW told me the car had been repainted 2 times in 2 different locations. On top of this, I was told that one of the windows would be replaced when I came to pick up the car because it had some small scratches in it, and the window wasn't even ordered! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER - I was lied to about the condition of the car, it needed new brakes, and was in an accident. It was also making some clicking noise that they were going to have me come in and get it looked it. I traded the car into a different dealer and purchased another car immediately. These guys are a complete SCAM. Don't be fooled by the easy car buying experience and the super nice sales people. Everyone I worked with was nice, but the entire place is a scam. Read the other reviews, they pick up expensive cars at low price that have problems and sell them as new. Do yourself a favor, and buy a foreign car from a certified BMW or Mercedes dealer, not some place like this, its worth the extra buck. I got the runaround for so long when I found out this information. I was given so many promises, and would get calls back days or even a week later. After almost a month of running around trying to fix everything, I finally sold the car and wrote a bad review. Do yourself a favor, buy elsewhere.

Ronaldo cunha is the best

I had the best experience shopping for a car for the first time ever. Ronaldo Cunha was extremely detailed, thorough, and knowledgeable. He made every effort to make sure i was extremely satisfied with my purchase. I was very impressed and definitely recommend going to him if you need an expert salesman!

Scammers

Purchased a vehicle and got the warranty with it. They seemed nice and super helpful. I was told a lot of info about the vehicle and was assured that it had new tires, battery, fixed some motor issues in the doors, and I would be sent a replacement vent because it was on back order. Car had under 40k mils on it and I did not anticipate needing to use the warranty, but got it just in case. I was told "this is as close to bumper-to-bumper as you can get. You will be covered for just about anything that comes your way," I have had to use a tow truck THREE TIMES because it had serious issues that left me stranded on the side of the road with two kids twice, and the "new" battery was completely corroded and dead. All the repairs were not covered and I ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket. To make it worse, my salesmen wouldn't get back to me and I can't get anyone there to address my issue. I live out of state or I would go there myself. Now, one year later, I have to pay to replace three various motors in three different doors because those are crap too. They did not operate correctly in one of them when I got the car, but they said they fixed it before i picked the car up. So I spent 3k on a warranty that is junk, no one there could care less, and I have repair bills that never should have happened had automax actually checked the car out correctly. Oh and I didn't even get my replacement vent. DO NOT GO HERE

Excellent experience

I bought a sweet Benz Mercedes (used) with Michael Hanley as my sales associate. He made it a fun experience. Was a really good deal on my trade in, my loan was more than satisfactory and the whole process was quick and painless. Wonderful staff, and reputable, I will purchase from them again! :)

I really like the

I've bought four cars from Automax. I'll no doubt buy five and six as well. I just got my wife's 328 back from service. I was very happy with the work and the cost of repair. The service costs are very reasonable. If you want a shock go to Herb Chambers for service and you'll understand what I mean. They have a new service manager, Mary. Mary, thanks for taking care of me. She made sure the car was fixed properly and worked with me on the cost. Thank you so much. Someone give this woman a raise! Every business gets good and bad reviews. I really like this place. The service techs know their cars. They're local. They have nice cars. Great prices. Great service. Works for me.

Great overall experience (overdelivered)!

I was skeptical going back to an auction house type dealership after my last experience with a smaller outfit, specifically regarding the customer service I received *after* I decided to buy the car, BUT I was pleasantly surprised after meeting and working with Frank Real at AutoMax Framingham. Frank was accessible, extremely responsive, and used the right amount of persistence in my opinion. He had urgency, but was not pushy and I appreciated his style. Most importantly, his responsiveness and follow through were top notch. He (and AutoMax) overdelivered when it came to the maintenance performed on the car while they prepped it for me. I felt fully informed during the process and I left with my new car extremely happy!

Dont shop here

If you're looking for the stereotypical scummy salesman go here. High pressure. Any problems after buying good luck. You'll get the runaround with no return phone call. Unfortunately I bought a car here. Horrible experience

Customer service

I brought my daughter for her first real car buying experience. The sales rep. seemed friendly and showed us the cars we were interested in. He made several promises regarding delivering the car and making sure it was pre-checked and detailed with "a fine tooth comb". We were charged $375 for someone to drive to our registry(out of state) with paper work but he did nothing other than hand over papers. They did not bring the car as promised. When they FINALLY did bring the car the next day, it was not detailed and still had all stickers on the windows as well as stock # written on windshield. They had the vehicle for 4 days after we signed papers and never touched it. When I called to complain, they said" drive the hour and a half back to the dealer and leave it for half the day and we will detail it". I feel the entire process fell short from a sales standpoint.

Friendly, Patient and very easy to deal with.

I was looking for a car and found what I wanted at AutoMax. I called and made an appointment and also I had a special situation in which I explained. I will tell you most dealerships wouldn't even assist in any special situation but AutoMax did. When I went to the dealership I was greeted first by the Sales Manager Danny. Great guy and very helpful. My Salesman was Charles Ross and he couldn't be anymore helpful and courteous. Charles worked with me through the whole process and answered every question I had. You couldn't ask for more. This by far has been the best Dealership I have ever done business with. This comes from someone who don't like BS especially you get from most dealerships. Thank you again Charles and Danny.
