great experience!

Issac assisted me with the purchase of my 2014 white Jeep Compass. He worked with me to find what would fit me best. I would recommend AutoMax to anybody! It was a great experience!!

Awesome deal, good experience here

Sam was very helpful and personal in getting me a good deal on my car. I knew exactly what I wanted so he was especially helpful in being patient with me while I did my research on if the car was right. I wasn't able to get exactly what I wanted in my trade-in value and was slightly suprised by the documentation fee, but it was made worth while as they got new tires, breaks and fixed a few minor items on the car. All in all I am very happy with my car and the deal I got as well as with Sam's helpfulness along the way.

Great service

I had the pleasure of meeting Sam Dababneh on June 12, 2015. My husband surprised me with a Mini Cooper for my birthday #75! (a BIG surprise). Sam delivered the auto to our home with an enormous green ribbon, a very special thought. He and a co-worker stayed with me and explained every detail, extremely patient. Atrocious customer service and rude salemen

I had a miserable experience here where they gave me a hard time about thoroughly examining the car I was interested in, forgot to give me all my paperwork, gave me the runaround about getting me my paperwork and cooperating with my bank, brushed me off when I made clear requests, blamed me for not coordinating the paperwork to my bank (paperwork I was not given and communicated this multiple times), and then patronized me when I expressed my frustration. Ultimately, the person who was supposed to be processing my purchase ditched me when I pointed out the mistakes made on the dealerships behalf, so my purchase was completed by the finance manager. This of course was after my dealership representative, Mike Oulette, got frustrated about mistakes made during processing, which blamed me for, and he told me that he was done and that he would get me a refund because he had worked too hard and had had enough. That's when the finance manager stepped in. Had I not been at the concluding process of purchasing my car, and in need of a car for work, by the way it took them two weeks to get me my car, I would have just left. Mike's customer service, if you can call it that, was patronizing, blaming and just generally atrocious. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go through the hassle and belittling that I went through with AutoMax in Framingham. If people do end up at this dealership, hopefully as a last resort, I don't recommend working with Mike Oulette. He was a complete xxxxxxx, high on his own male privilege. He blamed me multiple times for paperwork problems that were the dealerships fault and patronized me for being frustrated about the whole process. I will never recommend automax, especially the one in framingham, to anyone in need of a car.

Great Car Service

Today I had my car service back brakepads replacement and front and rear tire aligment. Jay Spadddy Servive Writer and Luis Ruiz S ervice Manger were both awsome.. They walk me through my ininatie service and corrected somethings thing s taht ere not handle appoceply by another service provided.. I will no longer go any other place for my car maintance. Very helpful and nice people

My dad and I were out in that area from Chicago and my car needed the O2 sensors replaced and Jay and Luis in service were over the top helpful and very Knowledgeable. Will defiently go back when we are back in that area!

Great service at automax

I bought my car in April 2015. The sales rep Gus Dasilva was an amazing person. Helped me purchase my car and was very patient. I had an issue with an additional key I needed to have programmed and the service that I got from Luis Ruiz, Jay Spaddy, Jhonne Gonzaga was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I got that key programmed. I have been back there for oil change and these service people are amazing. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to come visit this dealer. Thank you so much Luis, Jay, Jhonne, Matt Barrie (tech) you guys are the best!!!!!! This is the most polite and consistent service department on route 9!!!

An enjoyable car buying experience!

I can't believe I am actually saying the experience was good because most car buying experiences are like going to the dentist. The experience I had at the Automax was the type of experience I would like to have at any dealership when trying to buy a car. The sales person I worked with was John McCarthy. John is very knowledgeable about cars. He never came across as pushy but was willing to answer all of my questions, help get me the best price on the Audi A5 that I finally bought, and get me a fair price on my trade in. He was also willing to let me walk away if it was not the right deal for me. I appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and point of view. I felt like he was a consultant, which is what I always look for in people I deal with. The dealership is small with way too many cars for the size of the lot they have. If you are looking for the best looking facility this is not the place. I also believe that this means less overhead which helps keep the price more reasonable. Though this is a "no Haggle" dealership I found there was some wiggle room on the price, but it was limited. This made sense because I was already starting with the lowest priced Audi convertible in the area, with the miles I was looking for. I did not get the price I wanted but after doing my research and listening to John's point of view I felt I got a fair price. I can't believe I am saying this about buying a car, but I will be back when I need another car and I look forward to working with John and Automax again.

Purchasing a car.

Great place. Good customer service. Great prices. Easy to negotiate. I bought a 2012 BMW 750IL. I went in on Saturday and few hours later I drove the car home. And as I was doing the paper work they had the car detailed. This was my 26th car that I have bought so far and I will go back and recommend them. My sales man was Gus Lima. Both Gus and the general manger (I can't remember his name) were great to deal with.
