I recently purchaed a used Jeep from Nick and he was great. I didn't quite know what I wanted for a car but after attaining the nessecary knowledge from my salesman Nick; he found the perfect fit for my needs. Due to circumstances my wife and I have poor credit. Based on a friend's recommendation I filled out an on-line credit app with AutoMax only because they claim that they get everyone approved. Even though I emailed in one of their busiest days Issac (Great guy!!) called me back within just a few minutes. I explained both my situation and what I needed in a vehicle. Not only did he find me a great vehicle, he worked with their in-house finance people to ft me pre-approved that same day. The following Monday evening I drove off with a nice dependable 2012 used car. Do you need a car? Is your credit less than perfect?? Call Issac at AutoMax. You will be glad you did!!

Issac Torbay is a great salesman and a pleasure to work with. No pressure and knowledgeable about the G37X I purchased. I'm from Connecticut and traveled to Framingham to make this purchase. I am impressed by the quality of my car and all the cars on their lot. I will be back when its time to replace my wife's car.

Had unique circumstances and wanted a car. Chris was awesome and they got my deal done. My new Infinity is great, and it was delivered clean, with new tires and no problems. I would definately reccomend Automax to anyone.

My experience with the service department at Automax Framingham has always been great! This last trip was exceptional Gus Dasilva's honesty, knowledge, and integrity will keep me going back there for years to come. When Gus and I went on a test drive the battery was dead and had to be jumped. The car ran fine until I stopped at the grocery store the battery died. I called Gus he dropped everything and gave a jump so we could get back to the dealership. At that point Luis Ruis and Jay (The dream team)were there to ensure the battery was replaced and there would be no further issues. Jay provided me his cell phone number so if there was an issue I could call him directly. I am a repeat customer and the service keeps getting better and better each time. Thanks Team for all of your help.

Couldn't be more grateful. After losing a 2004 Honda Civic I had been without a vehicle for over a month and had trouble finding something in my price range with good value. After doing some shopping around I filled out an App for the dealership online and was contacted by Isaac T, and made an appointment for the next day. Before coming to Automax I was convinced I wouldn't be able to find a good vehicle that I could afford. With Isaac's help and counseling we found a 2012 Mazda 3 with only 28k on the odometer, practically brand spanking new, as if that wasn't good enough, when I went to pick up the car I found out I was getting 4 brand new tires. Isaac, David, and Lewis were all very helpful I can't thank them enough.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle (Mercedes SUV) from auto max framingham. Chris Aragao was the sales personel that facilitated the process. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and was highly knowlegbeable even though he was relatively new at the dealership. My purchase was a smooth process and also, the resident insurance agent researched and was able to get me a lower-priced insurance policy. Great job!
