AutoMax Preowned Framingham

We had a great experience at Automax. No pressure on buying the car - just a nice car at a great price. In fact, to say there was no pressure is an understatement - they seemed to know they have great cars and seem to not be concerned if you are or are not going to buy it. We were a bit surprised at the no haggling policy, because that is not really clear from their website. That said, the prices are good so it's not really a concern, and it's actually better for shopping. Paul was very nice and warm. The only issue that came up with our car was that we wanted to have our mechanic look at it, and they weren't excited about that; eventually, Paul took the car to the mechanic himself (because he didn't want me to drive it) and it did check out just fine. Also, we had to wait a few days for them to actually receive the title from the bank where they had paid off the loan, so that was annoying, but they handled it as well as they could have. We love the car, and we got it at a very good price.

I went online to find a good used car after getting mine totalled in an accident. I found exactly what I wanted at Automax. I met with Paul for the test drive and basic information related to the sale. I met with Al to go over all the financing etc. Both were very helpful. I think I bought the car within a week of finding it online. I feel they were both patient with my questions and very professional while being personable at the same time. Considering I do not enjoy purchasing cars AT ALL, it was a very good experience.

They were very straightforward during the whole process. I knew what I was getting, I got what I expected, and it was at the price that I expected. They were also very straightforward about the trade-in, providing me with details about not only what they were doing but why they were doing it. In my opinion, you can't ask for more from a car dealer.

I don't really write reviews but I feel the need to inform people to stay away from this place if they are looking for great cars and service. They claim to buy cars of lease and that 90% of them were once touched up because of an accident even if the car has a clean carFax. Their finance person never cared to follow up on anything. I did end up buying a car from them but not a great experience. I suggest others do their homework first

I recently purchased a nissan altima from automax framingham, Robby shaw is very knowledgeable, friendly, gets what you want and needs. And Al huberman makes the financing very easy and fun. The whole staff leaves you feeling like your family. Youneed a new or used vehicle, go ask for Robby shaw and Al huberman, they will take GOOD care of you. Thank you automax Framingham.

I've bought several cars from Automax.. and always been more than satisfied with their dealership.. which is a great thing to say about a used car dealer. The Infiniti QX4 I've just bought rom them is nothing short of stunning, particularly given the price! If I haven't made it clear.. they are hands down the best used car dealership I've ever dealt with. If you are in the market for a used car, they are absolutely worth checking out. They've made a fan of me, which isn't easy.. As I understand, they even finance in-house if it's required.

I purchased a 2009 Honda Odyssey from Automax in September of 2011. It was a fully loaded Touring Minivan. What I like about Automax is that they publish their best price and they don't play games. Working with Paul DiCarlo was exactly the way I like to do business. He knows the market, he literally knew all of the cars that I've been looking at at the competition, and he knows I didn't see a better deal elsewhere. Paul is Friendly, but he's also all business and he was honest with me. He's there to sell me car, and he works hard to make it work. He's not the type of person to waste your time with nonsense. If he can make the deal work, he will, and if he can't, he will tell you. I base my experience mostly on price. They beat the Kelly Blue Book price for a private sell and were well below comparable deals at the competition.

No one was pushy real helpfull Every one there not just the names i mentioned. trade in was far price . Car i picked out was a great deal. I shopped 4 two years on line and on lots they were the best all the way around. I made up my mind in a matter real soon after talk to the sales people and staff Its just the car ive been shopping for. I know i will b satisfyed with this car as long as i own Thanks Dennis Madore

Purchasing a car from AutoMax of Framingham was a wonderful experience. Kathy Pena was great sales person; not pushy. She took her time in showing me the car inside and out, all of it's features and I was sold. Not only Kathy but everyone I dealt with at the dealership were great; from Kevin to the crew that cleaned the car; they made sure that I was completly satisfied with my purchase and would recommend them to everyone. Painless purchase. Easy to work with. Overall didn't waste time and got the car within a day. Had the car I wanted with low miles. Interior could've been a tad better. Price could've been a little lower as well. I do recommend others to buy from there as the cars are by far in much better condition than most dealerships. If you want a car and not have to wait days for one then this place is perfect. I do recommend Paul and AL as they are great combination to work with.
