Best car buying experience ever.

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass from Colonial Chevy in Acton and it by far was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Justin the sales man that sold my wife and I our Jeep was very knowledgeable on the product he was selling. He was 100% up front with us about everything. I would have to say he's one of the most honest and trust worthy car salesmen out there. I would highly recommend buying from Colonial and having Justin be your sales man.

Suburban 2019

Everything was easy and straightforward. It made a dreaded process easy. We would definitely recommend this dealership to other families. It was a bit of a drive for us but well worth it.

Low pressure, well informed, courteous, and timely

I came here for a used 2017 Chevy Volt Premier I saw online. I called to confirm they had the car, and a day or two later I went in for a test drive. Even though the Volt has some unusual attributes compared to most Chevrolets, Joe was well informed as I asked questions, and patient as I explored the car's features. Once I decided to buy, Michael got me an excellent rate, and did a great job clarifying the value and cost of the warranties and add-ons in a way that felt honest and not manipulative. I'm very happy with every aspect of this purchase.

Complete Satisfaction

Salesman Luke Ealey was very personable and extremely knowledgeable and made our buying experience a pleasure. I've always thought the worst part of buying a car is sitting down to discuss financing. Even that was a pleasant experience with Business Manager Mike Giguere. When we went into his office he already had everything prepared to give us the best deal possible. Both Luke and Mike are great at their jobs and made our car buying experience a good one. We're very happy with the end result and I highly recommend Colonial Chevrolet.

Great Experience Purchasing a New Blazer

My experience trading in my 2015 Chevy Colorado for a new 2019 Chevy Blazer was fantastic. Colonial Chevrolet's Sales Representative, Joe Pellegrini, did a wonderful job in helping me select the mid-size SUV that would best fit my needs. He took the time to test drive my two finalist models and compare the features and advantages of each with me. Joe also worked diligently to work a financial agreement that was close enough to my goal to make the transaction suitable both for Colonial Chevy and me. Today Joe worked very hard to ensure all the administrative aspects of the transaction was taken care of and then he spent an ample time reviewing my new vehicle with me. I am a "happy camper" customer! Having been a service customer at Colonial Chevrolet for about 4 years, I know that the post-purchase technical support is first rate. The Service Department is very helpful and always does a wonderful job. I am very happy to work with Joe, the service team and everyone at Colonial Chevrolet that I have ever worked with. They are consummate professionals and I given them my highest recommendation.

Best experience car buying we’ve ever had

We had a unique situation and Dave made the whole process completely seamless and easy. There was no back and forth. They gave us the best we could get for our trade. We never felt like it was going to be that car buying nightmare fighting for the best price. Dave understood our situation and made it right for us.
