I recently purchased an off-brand used vehicle from Colonial Chevrolet and had a really pleasant and easy experience. From the first phone call through the final sale (which we accomplished in less than 24hrs!) my sales representative Luke was attentive, knowledgeable, a pleasure to converse with, and most importantly listened to my requests. He didn't try to steer me away from my choice in vehicle, get me to purchase needless extras, or leverage me into a more expensive vehicle (the same goes for the Finance representative as well!). I was shopping for a used SUV or pickup in a particular payment range and walked into Colonial Chevrolet in Acton where Dave Fillmore greeted me and asked what I was interested in looking at. After taking the the time to listen to my concerns and needs Dave suggested looking into a new lease on a Chevrolet Silverado, which I immediately thought was beyond my budget but with his years of experience he assured me that with all the incentives and my trade it would be more than possible. I not a huge fan of car dealers! How ever I found myself in the market for another car recently and I was at Colonial Chevy for an oil change for my husband and I was helped by Joe. He was very kind and waited paitiently waited for me to get out of my lease. He found my husband and I exactly what we wanted and never tried to upsell or undersell. Colonials price could not be beat and neither could their customer service. I highly recommend making colonial Chevrolet your first and last stop for your car needs!

Joe was able to get me the car I wanted for a price I was comfortable with spending without any hassle or games! When I came in for an appointment the car was charged and ready right out front, no waiting around or searching for it.
