Very very happy with my experience

A HUGE thank you to jim keefe and mike sparks! I am a super picky person and not the easiest to deal with as I was hesitant to buy a new car. They did everything they could and got me the white car I've always wanted. And to make matters even better I was expecting a 2012, and when I went to sign paperwork they had found me a 2014 for only $8 more!! I am SO satisfied with the effort they both put into finding me the car I wanted. I can't thank them both enough for all the work they both did!!!! Jaymelee Touchette

Great service, poor knee jerk reaction by GM mgmt

I was happy with the service provided but was extremely unhappy with the recall action that was taken at the request of GM regarding what used to be my switchblade key. Now I have to deal with a pendulum on my key ring that now gives me an opportunity to add other items to the new key ring. Before this change I didn't require a key ring. Had I known in advance that GM was going to bastardize my key in this manner I would not have brought it in for service.

Very pleasant car-buying experience

I just purchased a pre-owned Traverse here and everyone we spoke with was extremely friendly and pleasant. Don is very knowledgeable and new right away how to match me with the right vehicle based on my needs and budget. Overall, it was a very pleasant and easy car-buying experience for me (something I did not expect). A kid-friendly play space helped to keep the children occupied while we managed paperwork and such. I definitely recommend shopping here.

Excellent service, comfortable and clean!

I came in for recall work on my Chevrolet Malibu. I dealt with Jim and he was friendly and knowledgeable. The repair didn't take much time and I sat comfortably in the customer lounge. I'll be back to Colonial for sure!

As usual everyone I dealt with was curtious and knowledgable. I have been dealing with the service department for nine years and that has always been the case.

Great Service

When I came in the service was excellent. He went above and beyond by recommending I come in before 24000 miles as I was entitled to one more free service. He also told me about a recall that he would take care of on the same day!
