Great experience

Had my first new car bought in 2015, last week trade in my vehicle for a new corolla 2017.. Big shout out to Haney for handling everything for me and making this trasition the easiest as possible, loved everything from the survice to my new car ! Also would like to thank Hank for helping me with a few details !

Great service

Haney Fares was my sales employee. He was great! No xx... worked quickly to get me my new Tacoma. He even followed up a few days after the purchase to check in

Fabulous Service!

Woburn Toyota provided courteous, competent service. John Russo straight-forwardly explained the required work and prevention of future problems. He even got me a loaner!

Great Experience!

My experience at Woburn Toyota was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Abdou was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He gave me a great deal on my "new"Camry 2017 We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! I'm so happy with my purchase! Thanks!

I'd give 0 Stars if I could

I put down deposit on a CPO Camry but when it came time to do the paperwork they didn't have the title. They were going to find it and then we would finish the transaction. After almost 4 weeks they still hadn't found the title. The salesman asked if I would be interested in applying the deposit to any other cars. I suggested 2 other CPO Camrys that were advertised on their website but they didn't have the titles for them either! I asked for my deposit back and was told the finance manager didn't remember me. Fortunately I still had the receipt so I took it in. The finance manager told me I would have my refund in 48-72 hours. Six days later it still hasn't been refunded.

I'd give 0 stars if I could

I don't understand how they can advertise cars for sale without having the title. At this point I said I wanted to terminate the transaction and I asked for my deposit back. A week later it still had not been processed and I was told the finance manager didn't remember me. Fortunately I still had the receipts so I made copies, and went back to the dealership. The finance manager told me I would have my refund in 72 hours. Five days later and it still hadn't been refunded.
