Very good dealership overall . Attentive sales team and finance dept that helped me get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Service dept is also great.

Always a great experience. They have gotten me in even on short notice and taken care of the problem. They loan car when it is going to be a while. Very happy with the dealership. It seems that other places I have been to don’t always diagnose the problem correctly

Had a flat and got to the dealership 10 minutes before...

Had a flat and got to the dealership 10 minutes before service closed. Drove out with a fixed tire that a tire store said couldn't be fixed. Thanks Craig Tedeschi and Dave Penny. You guys always make it happen!!! Henry Sullivan

There had been a water leak in the cabin and finally it...

There had been a water leak in the cabin and finally it was dripping onto a specific area of the front passenger seat. Smith motors found it was related to the sunroof recall. The sunroof was replaced at no cost. After using the sunroof about one week later the roof would not close and was serviced again at no charge, it was an electronic issue. This review is for the two service visits. Happy to see Mr. Klinger again! Thank you Smith Motors!

The service at Smith Motors is outstanding As example I called about a low tire pressure near closing time the other day. Craig had me come right over and gave me a loaner so they could check it out overnight This is typical of their service The service is so good I can’t imagine going elsewhere to buy a car

I was unhappy that after having the oil changed on my car...

I was unhappy that after having the oil changed on my car it turned out it was overfilled. When I started my car the next day billows of oily smelling smoke came out from my exhaust. Checking the oil dipstick should have been done.
