495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Did an oil change on my Jeep Wrangler they checked all the fluids and was at a decent price.

Do not ever lease a vehicle from this dealership. At least one and I took extremely good care of it just like I took good care of the two that at least prior to that one. I was talked into buying an extra insurance plan for a small amount a month that if there were any small scratches or dings or anything like that, it would be covered. My car was three years old when I turned it in and there was nothing wrong with it. I cleaned it and checked it and cared for it constantly to make sure that it stayed looking great because I loved my jeep. When I returned it, I was hit with a $2000 bill that they have been chasing me for for over a year, telling me that I owed them for over normal wear and tear to the vehicle and a set of tires. They are harassing me and calling me from the credit bureau that 495 and Ally Financial has sent me to I am now ended up being forced to pay so much a month for something that I did not do so when you’re thinking of leasing a car from a dealership like this that you think is a very popular one that sells a lot of cars really look at the reviews and see how many people ended up happy. I would never ever ever ever lease or buy a vehicle from 495 Lowell and I will tell anybody that I come across and people that have already bought please don’t there’s an 85% chance that you will end up extremely unhappy.

i had bill as my salesman when buying my first car myself and he made the process super easy was extremely attentive cared about the customer and went above and beyond to make me happy with my new wheels, i cant thank shah and bill at 495 enough and of course anyone who worked on or had a part in getting my car ready for delivery!!
