495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Have had my vehicle serviced here for close to 3 years. Saturday, their service department failed to properly communicate - despite 7 calls (leaving messages, calling the sales department - virtually trying to reach a representative to find out the status). Was told it would be ready by the end of the car and I would be notified. I called for the 7th time shortly after 4 PM and was told the Service Department closed for the remainder of the weekend and would reopen on Monday. Now, I do not have a vehicle, was forced to cancel business travel, and STILL have not heard back from the Service Department despite a call Monday morning. Totally unacceptable. Unprofessional. Disappointing.

The best dealership in Massachusetts ! They take extra time to make sure you are told exactly what was done and if you have any questions.
