**Exceptional Out-of-State Buying Experience Thanks to Shaynne and Westmont BMW** Purchasing a vehicle from out of state can be a daunting task, but our recent experience with Shaynne at Westmont BMW made it incredibly smooth and enjoyable. From the very beginning, Shaynne was attentive, responsive, and went out of her way to provide all the information we needed to make an informed decision. She promptly sent detailed photos and videos of the BMW X7 we were interested in and answered every question we had—no matter how big or small—with patience and transparency. Unlike many other dealerships we contacted, where sales reps were hesitant to share even basic information without an in-person visit, Shaynne was open and accommodating from the start. She never pressured us and instead focused on making sure we were comfortable and confident in our decision. When it came time to travel to Illinois to finalize the purchase, Shaynne had everything arranged. She even coordinated our pickup from the airport, and when we arrived at the dealership, the car was fully detailed, paperwork prepared, and everything ready for us. She took the time to walk us through all the features of the vehicle, and the entire process—from test driving to signing—was efficient and stress-free. Thanks to Shaynne and the Westmont BMW team, buying our BMW X7 was a seamless and truly positive experience. Poor communication regarding repairs and costs. Significantly overcharged as it relates to labor time/costs. I've never felt more frustrated by a service agent or department in my life.

I can't say enough how great of an experience I had at Laurel BMW. I first brought my 2023 X3 here for service because I had a bad experience at the BMW dealer near my home. Laurel went above and beyond to take care of my car and get me the best price on the repair as possible. Fast foward 6 months, I decided to return to get pricing on trading in my old X3 and leasing a new 2025 X3. Not only did they get me the best deal, but they found the exact car I wanted, same day! I can't come up with the words to say how great my experience was at Laurel, definitely will be back for my next vehicle! Worked with Shyann and Rich, both are rockstars!

I bought a pre-owned Mini from this dealership. I got the information quickly after I made the initial contact. It took a little bit to actually see the vehicle from when I first inquired but it was being detailed. Once after seeing the vehicle, the Dealership and Z worked to earn my business.
