Buyer

Many issues were revealed after the purchase of a vehicle they claimed had over 100 point inspection. I discovered none of the issues found during the inspection were addressed, including faulty brakes. The inspection was performed at another facility. I discovered the list of problems when I visit the facility where the inspection was performed. The sales associate and Sales manager at Mercedes-Benz of Westmont had no intention of revealing the issues found. When I made a request to address the issues, they replace a working door light on the assumption that it will appease me (5 minutes of work). This by far has been the worst vehicle purchase that I have made during my lifetime. Buyers beware!

Exceptional Experience

My wife and I recently leased a Mercedes C 300 from Mercedes Benz Westmont. By far, this experience was our best when it comes to purchasing and leasing a car. Our salesperson, Earl Sklar, made the process fair and easy. He knew the product, was honest in the negotiations and was a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Earl to anyone who is looking for a Mercedes.

Car Review 2221 GLA 4matic

Its fully redesigned with advanced infotainment system.Cargo capacity is small.The sunroof should have a hard cover as the cloth does'nt protect the hot weather.
