Kelly Jeep Chrysler

This is the 3rd car we have purchased at Kelly Jeep. Our Sales Consultant, Marseb, was amazing. He does his best to go way above and beyond for all of his customers and takes the time to listen to you and what you need. Even after the sale was done, Marseb followed up to make sure we were happy with our purchase and even took the time to personally help with a service issue we were having. He truly cares, and it shows in his great communication and follow-up even after the sale was done. Josh in the Finance Dept also was great and helped us get through the paperwork efficiently while also trying to build a good connection with us.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had the most horrible experience with Adam. Rude, cold, doesn’t let you finish a sentence. His way or the highway literally ! Absolutely the most least professional place I have ever been. Everytime I tried to talk to someone new it got worse. Adam takes the cake though

Sales Team was extremely professional and helpful in securing my vehicle.. we worked closely to meet my needs and at the end of the process successfully completed the deal. Kudos to Marseb and Tim for helping me through my car buying experience.

Great experience all around! My mother and I finally decided to get a second car and turned to the folks at Kelly Jeep. Steve took great care of us, ensuring that every question and need was taken care of with quality. There was no unnecessary pressure or a sense of urgency to lease, unlike at other dealerships. Larry has a great personality and gave us the best financing options possible. Overall, their staff focus on customer satisfaction. I would recommend them again and again!

You are so lucky you have Christian M. on your team! My husband walked from some my Jeep dealers the last few months (Kelly included) because he has no time to wait and needs things done right. Christian was organized, friendly, knowledgeable and that made it work. I picked up my Jeep Wrangler yesterday and Christian took time to show me how to take the tops off and how to work other important features in my jeep I needed. A few of my friends are going to trade in their R8's and start riding the dunes of the cape and I am sending them his way Thank you Christian so much, I finally have an amazing Jeep Wrangler!
