Service Dept

The service dept was able to look at my car right away, even though it was end of day. Some further work was required, but the car was acailable the next day. They also dealt with a recall issue when the car was there. As always, the staff was helpful and friendly.

Always accomodating, excellent response.

Service staffare the best, I operate a satellite truck and am depended upon to be there no matter what! Larry and Scott are very accomodating and have even taken my truck in for service when they were fully scheduled. Rick and Christian are the best desiel mechanics I have ever seen. They go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied.

Smaller Dealership but nice to deal with.

I owned a Ford purchased at another dealership. The driver's side window became stuck in a down position on a very rainy day, with a few more rainy days predicted. I was close to Danvers Ford and stopped in at 4:45 just hoping someone would be able to put the window up. I didn't need it fixed, just put in the up position. A manager came over to my vehicle and replaced the driver's door window switch in 60 seconds and told me to go to parts and pay $60.00 for the new switch. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and my window worked. I made a note, that when I was ready to get my next F150 I would buy it there, and I did. Since then, I have experienced the purchase process and had the opportunity to have some warranty work done. They have always been polite and professional. If my next vehicle is a Ford, it will be purchased there.

Danver's Ford, fast efficient and friendly!

Scott in Service was excellent, very efficient and friendly/helpful. The body shop did a great job on my trunk, so I was very happy. The only thing I can say regarding improving is an aligned approach internally within Danvers Ford. It is very apparent that each department is run independently, although they have inter-dependencies. From a Customer perspective, you should have one face Danver's Ford and be one team and operate that way. I will definitely come back.

I have never had a bad service experience here. It is easy to get appointments and the wait time is minimal. Very happy!

Ford Danvers

I tried to buy a car from your dealership, but you couldn't find me one at that time, so I purchased elsewhere. I had such a good experience that I wanted to give you any other business on the car I did eventually buy. Everyone was super helpful and very nice and efficient, that made me come back and will again. Scott in Service was especially efficient and helpful. Chris in sales and the Body shop too.

Great service

service staff, especially Scott, were extremely helpful to me . My check engine light had come on while I was on the road, I immediately took it to my Danvers Ford service center and knowing I was a hospice nurse on the road seeing pts , they sent a tech out immediately to diagnose the issue and let me know it was ok to continue to see pts but to be careful. They scheduled an appoint 3 days later to resolve the problem which they did . I have always had Fords and have and will continue to bring my vehicles to Danvers Ford . The staff there are so very nice and helpful

Convenient and great service

I have over a 1/2 hour commute to and from work to my home, so it is very difficult to find the time during the week to get service. It was a dream to pull right into the garage on Saturday morning. Made my life so much easier and I didn't have to take any time off from work. Everyone was extremely pleasant & professional to work with.
