    I had pretty much given up on having dealerships service our car. Danvers Ford has changed my mind. The service was dependable, honest and high quality.... (we aren't going to buying a car or van.)

    I have been having my cars serviced at Danvers Ford for about 10yrs. When ever I have scheduled a service the Staff has always been very efficient and... courteous. I have never had a bad experience.

    The staff was very open and honest about servicing my 2003 Ford Explorer. When considering to fix it or replace the vehicle, they were clear what expenses... would pay off and which would be costly. In the end, we went ahead with the repair. I trust their opinion and have for many years.

    Purchased a new F-150 XLT, now only has 2,000 miles. Had a defective new tire which was replaced. Waiting on Ford response to replace the remaining tires... which were marginal. The service was very thorough, and the staff courteous and prompt.
