Long process.

Long process. Great car. Only complaint was the interest rate I thought I was getting wasn’t the actual rate at time of signing in spite of exceptional credit but didn’t feel like prolonging the process any more. I’ll just pay it off quickly

I just had my 2023 civic si Serviced at Honda north.

I just had my 2023 civic si Serviced at Honda north. It was over all an excellent experience as soon as I pulled into the Bay someone greeted me and sent me right to the service desk. I worked with Dominic to go through the servicing and he set up a ride to and from my house. Upon return Dominic went over The whole process and made sure I was happy. Overall a great experience On the north is a nice clean facility with helpful people that work there and I'd highly recommend Honda north

A customer for 36 years and I have never had a complaint. Service department is outstanding. Sean and service staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. I would never buy a car (Honda of course), anywhere else.

In 2021, we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Eduard Dake, who gave us a very fair deal when we traded in for our (then) new Honda Passport. As returning customers in February 2026, Ed again stepped up with an exceptionally reasonable offer when we traded in our other vehicle for a Honda Certified used 2024 CRV! Honorable mention goes out to Stephanie Killian who gave us exceptional financing guidance and recommendations for both transactions and went the extra mile to register our 2024 CRV on the spot!
