BUYER BEWARE!! The Service Dept at Honda North is ABSOLUTELY CROOKED!! They quoted me $2,400 to replace an a/c condenser and discharge hose in a 2017 CR-V, which a certified Honda mechanic technician who opened his own shop after working for a Honda Dealership for many years charged me $968 for the exact same repairs using genuine Honda parts. To make things worse, Honda North tried to tell me that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced (for $285) when they already had to take it off to replace the condenser, and the other mechanic said it was in good condition and didn’t need to be replaced. Furthermore, they quoted me $386 to change four (4) spark plugs!! I understand that dealerships make most of their money from their service departments, but what Honda North does to its customers is absolutely EGREGIOUS!! I feel sorry for their customers who don’t know any better and just agree to have Honda North do their repairs.

I brought my 2016 HR-V in for the express oil change and tie rotation. Quick and efficient as usual. Lucky informed of some preventative maintenance that needs to be done. So, I’ll be back soon.

I just leased my 4th car at Honda North with the same salesman, Ed Dake. He makes it very quick and simple. I keep going back to him car after car for a reason. Stephanie Killan in the business office is the very best. She made me feel very comfortable and I thought she was the best finance person I have worked with.

Just purchased a Honda CRV Hybrid and I have to say it was the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle in my 75 years. Carlos was great with the sales part and Gus was great with the finance part of it all. I strongly suggest that if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle see the folks at Honda North in Danvers!
