Everyone that I dealt with Joe, Stephanie and manager made my transition from owning a previous car for 15 years to a new Honda very reassuring, pleasant and courteous. The transaction was done in a timely manner one day to the next which I appreciated since everyone time is valuable. I would certainly refer friends family to this dealership mainly because of your staff that assist me through this process. The manager was sitting front desk very helpful and impressive.

I recently purchased a vehicle and, while there was a minor issue during the process, it was addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner. What stood out most was the excellent customer service provided by my salesperson Luke. Luke was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, apologetic and made sure I was kept informed throughout the process. His commitment to ensuring everything was taken care of made the experience a positive one. I appreciate the effort put forth to resolve the issue quickly and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service and a team that stands behind their customers.

BUYER BEWARE!! The Service Dept at Honda North is ABSOLUTELY CROOKED!! They quoted me $2,400 to replace an a/c condenser and discharge hose in a 2017 CR-V, which a certified Honda mechanic technician who opened his own shop after working for a Honda Dealership for many years charged me $968 for the exact same repairs using genuine Honda parts. To make things worse, Honda North tried to tell me that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced (for $285) when they already had to take it off to replace the condenser, and the other mechanic said it was in good condition and didn’t need to be replaced. Furthermore, they quoted me $386 to change four (4) spark plugs!! I understand that dealerships make most of their money from their service departments, but what Honda North does to its customers is absolutely EGREGIOUS!! I feel sorry for their customers who don’t know any better and just agree to have Honda North do their repairs.
