My Honda was serviced on 4/10//26 And my service advisor Chad explained why the service should be done and why. He was very helpful and professional and kept me informed as the work was going on. Excellent service and a five star rating for Chad & Honda North. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I went to three dealers in CT looking to buy a used car and each place was not prepared for us when we arrived. We had appointments with each one. When we arrived at Honda North we were immediately welcomed and our car was ready to test drive. Our salesman , Mo, answered our questions and did not push the car on us. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Honda North had a big selection and was able to offer a very competitive price on a car that had the lowest mileage by far of any that we had seen. I would highly recommend Honda North when purchasing a car!

I had a brake materials issue with my 2024 CRV Hybrid that Honda North Service has help me with and addressed. They advocated for me with Honda America took care of my issues through Honda Warranties. From my first noting the issue, to their advocating for me with Honda, to professionally and painlessly addressing my concerns to their advocacy, they deserve a thumbs up. I tend not to rely on dealerships for servicing, but I must say I feel very good about trusting Honda North and building a relationship with them for years to come.
