Another great service experience at Ira Toyota

I had the intermediate steering shaft TSB done and an oil change as well as a 4 wheel alignment. The noise in the steering column is gone and the vehicle is driving so well right now. Although the dealership was busy today they were able to get the work done before the end of the business day avoiding my vehicle being tied up overnight. Thank you for your efforts in getting the work done in a timely manner. Since I bought my vehicle in 2020 I have been servicing it at Ira Toyota and if you are a toyota owner you should service yours there too .

From the time of drop off to the completion of my service Tommy kept me in the loop & made me feel like I was his only customer. Thank you Tommy was the A+ service!!!!

Could have been better and less expensive.

Rebuilt all four brakes and replaced front calipers at 175,000 miles. Work appears to be done well. A lot of confusion on how to properly bill me and had to be revised twice. Took an extra 20 minutes to get out the door. Not as good as you expect from Toyota, especially paying dealer service prices. Service associate was very nice and helpful in spite of the billing difficulties.

Denis Husidic is the best advisor one can hope for

I was working with Denis Husidic, who is a top notch client service person. The most honest, dedicated, and professional advisor you could ask for. He is the main reason we stick with Ira Toyota of Danvers. We are privilidged to have met him and to continue working with him. His managers should do all they can to help this gentleman grow and have all that he needs to continue providing this level of service. That kind of people will make your dealership grow. Someone who is able to care about the customer and be concerned of providing them the best possible service is what Toyota is all about. Great Service

Set appointment and once arrived I was immediately greeted. Shawna (sp?) was excellent. She told me what was recommended and time frame. Was faster than expected. Great service. Will keep going back to service Toyota.

Potential suspension nightmare

Brought recently purchased 4 Runner in for handling twitchiness. Seana and service dept excellent in solving suspension issues with my 4 Runner. Fortunate to have certified coverage So it was an easy experience.

Service Department Sucks

I’ve had so many awful experiences with this dealership. The service department is sub par. Not sure what schooling their mechanics get but it’s inadequate. Love my Highlander but will never use Ira Toyota service ever again!!!! Buyer beware.

The car had a steering problem and also a recall.
