ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST COREY! I thought that due to his good reviews he would be a reliable guy to help me get a good deal. Boy was I wrong. They were trying to charge $840 a month (with 2k down) for a lease on a Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. When I told Corey that my buddy who works for Nissan in a different state told me that was an awful deal he got very defensive. Told me he doesnt know who that guy is and that I can go ahead and call 5 other dealerships he doesnt care...when I started to say he was being very rude to me because I found out this was a bad deal he hung up on me. VERY professional Corey. He told me that I had to write a review on here if I bought from him...must be how he got his "5 star rating". Very disappointed you treat a miltary veteran this way.

i went in for oil change and was told need filters one $40.00 other $99.00 I said do the $40 one then he said you need a battery Ya I will wait on that but Please do a sticker. He did both filters $262.00 later...Not Happy

Buyer Beware !!!
I traded in my Nissan Maxima in early August of 2022 at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield as the (36) month lease was up and come due. I ended up leasing a Nissan Rogue SL upon turning in my Nissan Maxima. It took over two weeks for the dealership to get my new car registered, and as a gesture of goodwill Vinny Varacalli, the slick talking Sales Manager specifically told me (upon conferring with Patrick Osbourne, the General Sales Manager, that because of the delay, that they would be providing me with a check equal to one month's payment. Well, that was approximately three weeks ago, and I called back approximately two weeks ago from yesterday and was told on a call with both Vinny Varacalli and Patrick Osbourne on the phone POINT BLANK that Patrick was delayed in sending out the check because "his Administrative girl was on vacation", but that he would take care of it and that I should receive it in the mail over one week ago......Well another week has passed and no check in the mail. Now today I emailed Patrick Osbourne for the second time and received NO response regarding the status of matters relating to the check which was specifically promised to me. I also out two calls into the dealership to speak with Vinny Varacalli on the phone and of course left two messages an hour apart (one at 4:00 pm and another at 5:30 pm and I specifically asked the woman answering the phones to have Vinny please call me back on my mobile as soon as he received the message. Well, that never happened and here we are on Friday evening and the dealership is now closed. I was very specific and advised Vinny not to promise me something if there was no intent to follow through on this. I also conveyed this in two emails to Patrick Osbourne to no avail. No I am left with no choice, but to issue a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding these unethical practices, lack of customer service and follow through, and blatant lies. I furthermore intend to have a formal letter of complaint sent to Brian Kelly, the Owner of Kelly Automotive Group conveying my complete dissatisfaction with the process, treatment and outright lies that his senior management staff is peddling. I will NEVER go back to Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield for service or for another vehicle and be sure to spread the word of goodwill to others who may be thinking about purchasing or leasing an overpriced vehicle at this dealership, and by no means listen to what they tell you because it will be an untruth. I have nothing more to say other than the fact that these Senior Management personnel..........Vinny Varacalli, and Patrick Osboure, need to learn how to follow through on what they say and not make false promises to customers when they know that they don't intend to follow up on what was promised. Oh and lastly, the monthly payment for that 2022 Nissan Rogue SL AWD (Leased) is $812.89 a month.......which is the amount I was promised in the "check that never came". Hopefully anyone who reads this and go through the details will heed my warning beforehand.........."buyer beware" and do NOT listen to what they tell you because it is not worth the words coming out of their mouths. Thank you again Vinny Varacalli and Patrick Osbourne for driving away a customer who just leased their third Nissan with this dealership. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!!
