Diligent and Reliable

Having Gerson Argueta as the main person helping us with our purchase was all that we could ask for. He made sure to explain details thoroughly to us and even helped sort out insurance convergence. He is a hard working professional who keeps his word and I would most definitely recommend another shopper to go to Kelly Honda to have a chance to have Gerson assist them.

Great from start to finish

The online process with Brandi, and then in person with Gerson was great. We unfortunately found ourselves in an emergency situation without a car, and that is the worst time to purchase. However, Gerson was a amazingly helpful and thorough. Brian was great too. Many thanks to the team!

Both Sales and Finance Departments were Professional , Courteous and Helpful with every aspect of the purchased vehicle. The purchase price was very fare and my trade in allowance was very fare.

Oil change and rotation

Effecient, prompt and professional. However, almost got home and my tire pressure warning light comes on. Stop overinflating my tires. What a PIA! Just the same, recommend Kelly for sales and service.

I highly recommend Kelly Honda for purchase and service. Our associate Ryn provided us with a highly positive buying experience. After purchase his one on one review of car features was exceptional. He took his time and was patient answering all questions until I felt comfortable leaving dealership.

Bad service

It took me three hours and a half to do a oil change, I asked them to do tire rotation but they did not do i, they also lost my keys and it took them a half an hour to find them and it has been two times this happen to me. When I asked them if there is a problem they have a problem with the system. I had a bad experience. Usually at other places when something like this happens they do not charge the customers but they did.

Quality customer service every time

I have been going to Kelly Honda in Lynn for years. Reason being I receive quality service each and every time I need my car serviced. It is a stress reliever to know that I can trust, that I am being advised truthfully and the work will be well done. I'd like to acknowledge Robert Batista my service contact person for his exceptional service. Robert always makes sure to stay in contact and keep me informed through out the process whether it's a quick oil change or a drop off job. I know I can trust Robert to guide me.
