Good service. They got the car back to me with everything done ahead of schedule. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and smiling. I’d say the staff is well trained. Also a nice waiting area with a small cafe with refreshments. Overall well done!

First impression of the dealership was excellent. From the exterior & the lot filled with cars to the spacious showroom, it was a visual delight. Friendly greeting at the door & salesman Robert was very easy & pleasant to work with. He wanted to know which features I needed in a new car and when I listed my needs & my budget, he was very efficient in finding exactly what I wanted without trying to “oversell”.

Sometimes mistakes are made during the servicing of a
Sometimes mistakes are made during the servicing of a vehicle but what matters most is how the service department and dealership handles those mistakes. They could try to deny responsibility and make the customer pay for the fix. Not this dealership. They assumed responsibility for the mistake made on my car and took care of all costs and fixes. To me that speaks volumes of the integrity of the dealership and service department. I will continue to have my vehicle service there as with the exception of this one issue the many years service have been excellent.
