I read the reviews about this place before going there,

I read the reviews about this place before going there, so I had an idea of what to expect, but I don't know if my experience was terrible or just pitifully funny. The sales guy wasn't even committed to making a sale. He made very little effort to represent the Nissan brand in a professional manner. He seemed more concerned with getting off work at 4 pm. I was there to purchase a used '25 Altima (beautiful car) and while looking it over, it had clear damage on the rear bumper. The impact caused a 3-4" long gash with the paint spider webbing outward. Anyone knowing how moisture and freezing temps work knows that it will just get worse over time. In addition, the bumper was loose on the damaged side clearly indicating something was broken on the backside. That replacement is ~$2,000, so I asked if that could be considered in the pricing and it wasn't even entertained. What really threw me was the financing (which I was NOT there for). It was apparently calculated using only the sticker price (I asked) - $660 x 75 mths (wish I could add a LOL emogi). That's $49,500 for a $30,900 car! A 38% mark-up when said and done!!! Unsolicited advice (if I may): 1. Educate yourself before going in so you don't fall victim. 2. Inspect the vehicle thoroughly. 3. Understand that, as mentioned in several reviews, these people apparently don't have enough common courtesy to at least be professional. 4. Do yourself a favor and use the gas to go somewhere else.

BAIT AND SWITCH!

BAIT AND SWITCH! Start away from this dealership. They advertised a brand new Nissan Rogue on their site with the MSRP, and then their discount listed to arrive at the selling price. The discount stated “dealer discount”. This was not a discount of rebates or incentives that needed qualification. There was no fine print, no other information about the discount. I proceed to purchase the vehicle directly on their website and upload IDs, insurance, fill out the credit report (approved), pick my loan term, and the payment (which already included doc fee, TTL, dealer fee, destination fee). The website then goes through additional incentives (if you qualify) I did not select any, then goes to accessories (did not add any) and then you schedule a time to pick up your vehicle. I scheduled a time for the following day. I call the next morning and ask if they received everything, do they need anything additional from me, they said no it all looks good. Drive over an hour to go pick it up. I was in and they put me with the Nissan sales manager and he walks into the office with the purchase agreement about $5,000 higher than everything listed and agreed to online. I bring the price to his attention and he tells me that's price of the vehicle, the online price is never accurate. I told him it was on his website directly and he replied with that's handled by a 3rd party, not our problem. Then he tried to say it was incentives that you have to qualify for. I showed him directly where it states it's a dealer discount. Asked him to show me what these “incentives”are and he says I didn't know I'm sure it's listed somewhere. I told him this was very unprofessional and was a bait and switch. He just replied no and just could not care less. He was extremely rude and took no ownership for the issue or to try and resolve it. They do not honor their pricing and the amounts listed on their website are completely meaningless. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. BUYER BEWARE!

Shady, dishonest dealership — stay far away.

Shady, dishonest dealership — stay far away. Went to see a 2018 Chevy Colorado listed for $22K. Told the salesman (Ricardo) upfront I wasn’t interested in any extras. He said no problem. But once I sat down to sign, the manager (Greg) suddenly tacked on $3K in bogus fees — including a “VIN protection” I never asked for. Total bait-and-switch. I showed them their own website showing the $22k price, and Greg claimed he didn’t even know that was possible. Then he told me the car had a deposit — but I could still buy it for $27K if I wanted. So much for integrity. If they’re willing to lie and manipulate over a few grand, imagine what else they’ll do. Run, don’t walk, away from this place.

I have hit this dealership up numerous times they will

I have hit this dealership up numerous times they will not ever get back to you. Their customer service is absolutely awful. I don’t know why these companies continue to want to do this to people, knowing there’s power of the Internet.
